Couple of days ago, I bought Mass Effect 2 on Origin and when I tried to connect to the Cerberus Network, it said I needed to be logged in, so I did just that and then it said I needed to redeem the code.
I thought it was asking for my serial number and typed in, but it said the keycode was "already in use."
Can someone please explain to me what this means?
And since I can't connect to the network, all my purchased dlcs cannot be authenticated.

Same thing happened to me (Steam download). Contacted EA help via the live chat and they sorted it in ten minutes, give or take. Told them the prob, they apologised and after asking me to hang on for a bit they told me to try the same code again. Bingo, it worked after that. It's just a guess but I think maybe there are more copies of ME2 out there than there are possible codes so every now and then they get someone like us who came to the games late and finds their brand new code has already been used, and then they have to increase the number of allowed uses for that code. Whatever the reason contacting EA is your fix.

I've been surching the site the whole day and i can't find any assistance. Got an email address on my email. I've send 3 mails and still no reply. Geting quite frustrated.

Thanks for providing the link to there contact details. Not helping though because can't select an option. All 3 of the opsions is unclickable. Damb I have no luck it seems. Deen strugling sice Saturday with this.
