 Hello

I was exploring a planet call Nonuel in the Plutus system(Hades Gamma) and i faint a base, but this one was lock. How do i unlock this base or how do i activate the mission for it?

A picture of the base and its coornedates:

Also, how could i make the pictures visual here on the forum instead of adding the links?

Thank you very much.

The base is in an assignment called The Negotiation. The Negotiation is one of two assignments that Admiral Hackett gives you over the radio once you achieve a high enough Paragon or Renegade score. The high Paragon score gets you an assignment to take down some biotic terrorists without killing the drugged scientists they have wandering around as human shields, while a high Renegade score gets you in the base that you're asking about to negotiate a ceasefire with a local warlord.

The scores required to get either mission are apparently 80% Paragon/Renegade if you haven't played the other mission already and 90% if you have. If you're playing a Paragon or mostly Paragon Shepard it's hard to get the score that high and maintain the role play, though you can always use the Lorik Qu'in morality points glitch on Noveria to boost your Renegade score without having to run around looking for puppies to kick in the face and other out of character stuff. If you're playing a mostly Renegade character anyway then don't worry because you'll get the Negotiation assignment eventually anyway, but then you'd have the same problem with the Paragon mission to deal with the biotic terrorists. A mixed morality Shepard that's more or less 50/50 Paragon/Renegade might well get both missions without resorting to exploits but they probably won't appear until much later than a mostly Paragon or mostly Renegade Shepard will get their one mission.

I didn't know this, thank you very much PsiFive. Do you know if there are more missions affected by your paragon/renegade?

Again, very useful inter, thank you very much.

No, but there are quite a few unmarked (not appearing on your map) encounters on various worlds that you might want to check out especially if you need extra XP. Apart from the Thresher Maws, there are bandits and rachni among other things. And the thieving cow easter egg.

As a side note, both of these para/rene dependant mission worlds become available once you get one of them. I.e. you can land and explore both worlds, but you can only enter the base you've got the mission for.

It can be pretty hard to find unless you know where to look. It is next to a gold deposit.

Understand, to make it easier:

When i push "start" and look to the map in which area is it? Northwest, southeast...?

Thank you.
