You know nothing of genetics. Statisticly blondes and red heads will likely be extinct by the time this game takes place. My only excuse for White people existing in this game at all is if they are of Amish decent (isolated community). Recessive genes rarely appear unless present in both parents and only in the past few generations. Only dramatic mutation like when a person is born with a tail changes that.
Those sound like the same statistics that told us we would all be dying in droves by now due to overpopulation, the earth can only handle 2 billion people afterall. Statistics mainly prove whatever the so called researcher wants them to prove.
Some statistics are just common (or should be) sense. The reason we aren't STARVING is because of an amazing food production system. Not that a good chunk of humanity isnt starving to death as I type this. For example North America is populated far beyond old farming methods could have maintained. New methods of mass crop and cattle production, albeit disgusting ones, have managed to keep the majority of Norh Americas population fed.
Back on topic you need only to use your brain. Blondes only exist currently in areas of low birth rate. Miscegenation is inevitable in multicultural societys and thus blondes will be bred out inevitably. The only exception is if both partners are of European decent, in the case of the other not having blonde hair. The odds of the child having blonde hair are less but possible. However, the trait will decrease in abundance over time. I... I cant make it clearer then....
Alright lets say a White person with blond hair has a child with a black person with obviously non-blond hair. What will the hair color be of the child? It doesn't matter if there is a blond haired parent involved at this point, the trait is gone. Its the same reason babies are not constanlty born with monkey ears and fur. Traits dissapear over generations! Only isolation ensures divergence. Nature wont keep something around just because it looks good or because you like diversity. God, what school did you go to?
