Batarian soldiers and sentinels rape, balistic blades with explosion with the 1200 damage + 400 aoe splash damage on all of the blades with the inferno nades clears à room fast. Sentinels can lock down all agile units (phantoms for example, net and they're dead).
Talon or paladin infiltrator hits like à truck if you havent got à Valiant or à BW
Smg not viable? Hurricane begs to differ.
Engineer with à gps is better than à 200% cd one (falcon is even better), disruptor ammo + aoe weapons and BAM tech burst obliteration.
I just played à game as falcon engineer with disruptor 3 Rounds, not host scored 125k on gold reactor geth.
I play Often with an avenger X on my adept with disruptor (even thou i got pala x and carni x)
Turian soldier + hurricane/Revenant = pure win.

1) Low level period, N7 really doesn't matter, if their that high N7, then they should know better than to try and leech.
This is wrong...if they have a super high N7 and roll with a low level character, they are not leeching, they are leveling up. I played several successful matches last night where 3 of us were less than level 10 on gold
On something like a FBWGG certinally,
I'm refering to a normal gold run against reapers or similar. Basically if your trying to power lvl and have the experience to do so thats fine, but please don't do it in a real gold game you get the same XP in farm and it doesn't matter that your low level. And, at a high N7 lvl you should know that. Even if your amazing, you can be better at a higher level and you can level to that level faster in a farm where no one cares.
Also I meant exceptionally low like under 5. I play with lvl 14's all the time who do perfectly fine.

With a name like Halomaster, that's also a kick also.
Speaking of that name, are you trolling?
Nope. This is the list, possibly incomplete, that I go by for my gold runs. I get approximately 1 failed gold attempt in 20+ runs with randoms using this strategy.
If your good you can the same results with out having to tick off the first dozen people who join. Really man make your game privite if you have such a high set bar.
I tried not kicking people, believe me I did, but one can only take so many lvl 1-7s, horrible batarians, krogans, vanguards, etc, etc, etc.
It's much easier (and efficient) to establish a set of standards and suceed almost indefinitely.
There are always going to be exceptions to this list, but in my experience the vast amount of xbox 360 players that fall into the categories listed are statistically absolutely worthless and are kicked as such.

Frankly, I think this thread is a great idea. It's great to have a handy list, so that we know who we should and shouldn't kick when we are going to play gold.
Thanks OP! In fact, I'm gonna follow your example and start a kicklist of my own. You know, just to keep track of the things to avoid in gold:
Nissun's kicklist:
1) Their username or gamertag has the word "Halomaster" in it.
2) ...
Wait, no. That's it. That's my list.
Hope it's helpful for everybody!
You sir. I like you!

The List :
N7 < 20 not high enough
8 < Character lvl < 12 + N7 < 750. not high enough level 16-20 chars if a pub match
14 < Character lvl < 18 + N7 < 200. not high enough level 16-20 chars if a pub match
also note some players dont promote so better look at weapon level to determine play time
Batarian anything. yep
Krogan anything.
yep
Vanguard of any kind. yep
Soldier < 18. soldier is ok if using adrenal rush with a multishot sniper
Infiltrator + Assault Rifle/SMG/Pistol/Raptor/Incisor carnifex and paladin are viable and a smg sidearm (gpdmg is good too)
Sniper + Adept/Soldier/Engineer/Sentinel mantis is good for CD for engineer esp salarian eng with racial bonus and a sniper can go good on a soldierl
Sentinel/Adept/Engineer + Heavy Weapon yep
Wielding Basic/Common weapon < X I really dont like certain weapons that get used like kishock harpoon, striker
Wiedling Scorpion/Striker/Falcon + not the host not the good even while hosting
May be overlooked if N7 > 300 definately stupid
Wielding an SMG as a sidearm its not bad
---
my list, requirements:
n7 100+
char level 16+
infilrator, asari adept (any and maybe drell), sal eng, human soldier (if carrying a sniper he does ok dps). tuarian sentinel left that one out.
mantis, javelin, BW, W, valiant, GPS, graal, claymore, carnifex, paladin, phalanx.
needs to have 2 of the weapon mod slot occupied.
no consumables required.

Just biding my time waiting for the weekend event to begin, a platinum difficulty to be added, or the release of D3.
Figured I would compose a list of statistically worthless class/weapon/n7 and combinations thereof from memory of a 1000 N7 levels worth of hosted gold games (I may leave some things out since recalling from memory).
(ie people who instantly get kicked)
The List :
N7 < 20
8 < Character lvl < 12 + N7 < 750.
14 < Character lvl < 18 + N7 < 200.
Batarian anything.
Krogan anything.
Vanguard of any kind.
Soldier < 18.
Infiltrator + Assault Rifle/SMG/Pistol/Raptor/Incisor
Sniper + Adept/Soldier/Engineer/Sentinel
Sentinel/Adept/Engineer + Heavy Weapon
Wielding Basic/Common weapon < X
Wiedling Scorpion/Striker/Falcon + not the host
May be overlooked if N7 > 300
Wielding an SMG
Follow this list and you'll almost always suceed in your gold games.{smilie}
Okay, 95% of these are idiotic criteria. Let me break it down for you:
Okay, it's pretty obvious you pulled these numbers entirely out of your ass. Anyways, the main reason this is ridiculous is because N7 level has nothing at all to do with competence, or even time played. It has to do with how much people buy into the arbitrary promoting thing, which a lot of good players simply don't bother with because they're smart enough to recognize that it's meaningless. By contrast, I've seen level 1000+ players who were absolutely horrible, or even just plain leechers.8 < Character lvl < 12 + N7 < 750.
14 < Character lvl < 18 + N7 < 200.
All of these characters are entirely viable on gold and can easily top the scoreboards in PuGs in halfway competent hands. I do it all the time with every kind of Batarian, Krogan, and Vanguard.Batarian anything.
Krogan anything.
Vanguard of any kind.
Another number you pulled out of nowhere. For example, a human soldier minus Frag Grenades doesn't lose a lot of effectiveness, and they are actually pretty nice with the new buffs.Soldier < 18.
I can think of a few weapons included in that list that aren't too bad on an infiltrator, such as a Carnifex or Paladin.Infiltrator + Assault Rifle/SMG/Pistol/Raptor/Incisor
There's no reason not to use something like the Valiant on a Krogan Sentinel. The Raptor isn't too bad a choice on the others either, if your weapon selection is limited. It's a light AR with a free scope.Sniper + Adept/Soldier/Engineer/Sentinel
A GPS X, for example, is handy on these classes, and it's fairly heavy. Also, on a Krogan Sentinel weight doesn't matter. I mean hell, someone just put up a vid of soloing Gold Reapers on Condor with a Turian Sentinel using a Claymore in decent time.Sentinel/Adept/Engineer + Heavy Weapon

I understand your frustation, but you should really consider rethinking your position. My rule is that if I don't want to take a chance on someone I leave and find another game. It only costs me about 10 seconds, and if my luck is really bad that night I join a game with friends.
If the players I left would have been good then no harm done, if they were really just being newbish then let them learn the hard way their build sucks, rather than just getting them upset that their being kicked over and over and deciding that all high level players are elitist won't let them play.
Kicking everyone sadly reinforces that mentaility. Quietly leaving doesn't and doesn't cost much.
Edit: for formating

Once I joined in lobby where a guy was screaming at a Batarian Soldier for joining Gold. I felt really for the guy once he left from the harrassment, and in the end the screaming guy ranked last.

I disagree. A lvl 1 character can do just as much to 'support' a team as a lvl 14. You just cannot try to be the person with the highest score. If you have a decent weapon and hang back or cover flanks, you can be just as valuable as you could with a lvl 20. You just have to change your playstyle. For example, when I play my lvl 1 Claymore Infiltrator, I don't roam the map cloacking and face blasting. I stick close to the team, and probably even change my Claymore for a Paladin or Carnifex to be more efficient. If you beat gold once with a lvl 1 character, you are boosted up to lvl 9. At this point you are about as powerful as you can get (point of diminishing returns is about lvl 10-12).
Just play smart, stay alive and communicate/use teamwork and you will do fine.

The reason i used reave and charge is because reave is area effective, and it is one of the fastest biotic combos.
They must stay together for it to work properly,

Not to mention that I played as an Adept level 13 once and I got through Gold just fine. Powers and weapons don't matter at all if you don't know how to use them correctly.
I'm using the basic weapons mostly because they're light and are doing decent damage while letting me use powers more often than the ultra-rare weapons (which aren't really that good, to be honest) do. Plus, I have seen some people with Incisors at the top of the list on Gold.
