Dave Fennoy went up againist some tough competition, Handsome Jack and Martin Walker's VAs, so I'm not that bothered about it. 

I'm just happy that The Walking Dead won GOTY. Well deserved.

You'll need about 3GB to download all 5 episodes.

2.9 to be exact.

Ep1 is 413MB, ep2 is 716MB, ep3 is 544MB, ep4 is 611MB, ep5 is 639MB and saved data is 11MB.

Anyone know about this? If I have zero memory left, I'll probably just preorder/buy it with my Christmas cash.... or is this where we can buy them off the arcade?

Soooooooooooooo happy to see TWD win GOTY and Melissa Hutchison winning the award for best VA, she did an awesome job and had me in tears by the end. It's good to see such a niche game get the recognition it deserves. 

Well done, TellTale, keep making these story driven games on par with TWD. As long as I see Clem in some form come season 2, I'll be happy. 

God Damn, I love that little girl like she's one of my own.

From what I've heard it's a FPS out in 2013 which is about the TV characters Merle and Daryl. And I don't think it's an arcade game.

An FPS game, published by Activision .... they're jumping on the bandwagon now, hoping to capatilize on the amazing success of the series as a whole. 

Their game will be a generic zombie shooter. I'll pass.

I haven't seen anything about it but it does seem like a cash in. It could be good but I doubt it.

^I forgot the game goes retail, if you're worried about space you could just buy it in Gamestop.

Walking Dead for a good handful of awards. Shame Fennoy didn't win for best male character. I like Handsome Jack but David Fennoy and Nolan North had to put in a lot more emotion, especially Nolan north. Martin was screaming by the end of the game.

Sorry for going OT, but, bar the story and VA work, is Spec Ops a good game? Gameplay wise, from what I saw, it seemed a bit rough arounf the edges.

Well, I'd say the gameplay was more than solid enough to let me enjoy the story. If you're primarily interested in a great story and can forgive what may be perceived as little shortcomigs in the gameplay department (and since you're in the TWD game thread I suppose you are) then Spec Ops is a game you should definitely give a try. Like TWD it's simply not a game you can judge equitably without taking the story and voice acting into consideration.

Shame that Fennoy didn't get the Male VA award and that Lee wasn't even up for best character.

Honestly just go buy it and play it. I promise you will not regret it.

Eh, Robert Kirkman's given it some praise himself. If the creator of the series is saying "This looks pretty good" then yea, I don't think it'll be a generic zombie shooter. Because he's more interested in the psychological ramifications of a zombie apocalypse then just "LOL kill zombies all day, everyday." 

In fact, I recall reading that Daryl and Merle will be able to make choices throughout the game.

From Wikipedia/TWD wiki:

The player, as Daryl, can either fight the zombies or stealthily sneak past them. The player will also meet other characters along the way, who can either help or hurt him.

Supplies will be scarce and players will need to carefully manage food, ammunition and supplies as they make their way through the game. Daryl will encounter a slew of other characters along the way that can help or hurt him. Whether or not these characters accompany Daryl is completely up to the player and represents just some of the major decisions that will constantly be made while fighting to survive

Not saying it will be a great game, only that it sounds like it will be in line with what makes the series great. Plus, Norman Reedus and Michael Rooker will reprise their roles as Daryl and Merle, respectively.

Ok I JUST finished Ep 1 of the Walking Dead. Have 0 pts so I'll have to pick up another card when I can...

My god... how can a game... that's only 400pts....that's roughly $2-3 bucks in real life.... give me more feeling... than games like Skyrim or ME3?
