Hey, i recently installed my old Bg an expansion into my windows 7 (Danish version), tho i get an error saying that its not possible to start the game in non english language operating systems :S i tried with applocale aswell, but no luck :S
Any ideas how i can get the game running?

Did you install the international patch (when you say your old BG I assume this is a 5+1 disk set or a 4-in-1 set, neither of which are patched).

Best practice on Windows 7 is to install to somewhere like c:\\games instead of the default directory, installing BG1 then Tales of the Sword Coast then adding the relevant Tales patch from somewhere like the location below. No need for the 1.1.4315 or directx patches that way.

No i didnt install any update, just installed from the 4 in 1 pack, and pressed play didnt work :S i used to have the "real" originals, but the cds just stopped working at some point so i rebought the whole pack on sale
Anyways ill try to install the patch and see if it will helps. Ty for the relpy
