15 Premium Spectre packs Bought in a row, 1 of which failed so lost 99000 credits, so in 14 packs 1 contained a N7 weapon (Black Widow) :3... 1:14 for me.

Edit: Make that 2:15 :> the "Failed" pack included a Black Widow seeing as i have Black Widow II now

It's lower than 5%, I know that much.  I would say it is about 3% per chance.  I have horrible luck and my averages are far lower than what you've posted.

Where you all getting you luck at? 68 PSP this week, 3 Ultra Rares. I lost count of earlier attempts, but I estimate around 200-220 more PSP (7 UR), 400-450 SP (3 UR), and exactly 22 RP (1 UR) have been purchased in the past. I hate the luck some people have at times...

Seriously. But at least my luck is what I'm "supposed" to be pulling. Guess I'll take that over being unlucky. Someone has to be unlucky to make up for all the lucky people pulling 3 UR per 13 packs.

I have no idea how many spectre packs I've bought in total nor how many PSP packs I bought the last time (first time) they were available.

However, since the PSP pack has been back, I've bought 3 and have received 1 N7 weapon. I'll keep track how many more I buy and whether or not I get N7 drops.

Incidentally, some people might be interested to know that it's possible to get two ultra-rares in a single Premium Spectre Pack. Perhaps the only thing sweeter than seeing that happen is seeing it happen twice in the space of five minutes. Almost makes up for having never gotten any ultra-rares up through rank 364.
