See title. Pretty much sums it up. I played two matches again today after a week or so away. I changed like all my characters' loadouts, because I felt like it. After the first match every change was undone. I checked after the second match and all changes I do simply get undone when I exit the multiplayer or do something else. So do my level ups, I can't level up my characters anymore. I also can't seem to buy any packs, as I tried do so for 5 minutes and only got "Transaction failed" messages. What is going on with this game? On top of that the EA technical support site is down?
