Overclocking is a straight universal boost to all weapon abilitys intended to be like Adrenaline Rush and Marksman Combined. It also fits into the lore as Geth are Synthetics and can very likley hack the computers that controll the ME fields in their weapons.
the last Rank either lets you shoot Hard with greater Accuracy or as fast as possible with little recoil.

i dont know... Maybe something that lets you lock on a enemy but instead of what we get with tac scan something that acts like a aimbot or something... you know since Garrus can snipe with his eyes closed.

You didnt forget. I just think being able to see enemies around you as well as having buffs to armor & weapons is a bit over powered. I know hunter mode has all those things but its offset by the 50% shield strangth reduction.

Remote Mine: Character kneels down, sets the mine. Press button again to detonate and activate cooldown. Evolutions would be: 4: Radius vs Damage 5: Armor Damage vs Sheild/Barrier Damage 6: Set two mines vs Cooldown.
Decoy: Same as SE. I think this would be a boss alternate option to the typical TC build for the infiltrator, and would make the TC build even stronger.
Turian Soldier Passives: Same except SR weight reduction at level 6
Fitness: Level 6: Combat Rolls vs Sheilds&Health buff

No it's not.
Energy Drain is an infinite Special Ops pack that also deals damage and staggers enemies.
Overlaod is very good, but Energy Drain lets you run an SI with nothing in fitness and still be durable. Means you can max out ED AND P.MIne, which are two of the best powers in the game, while keeping our passive and cloak bonuses at full.
Shotty SI. 4 in TC and 4 in Fitness. Best of all worlds.

Could be because of the nerf. But being turians have stability passives. I would really like to see an actual sniper infil.
Over load and flash bang grenade sounds really good. Being infiltrators are tech/combat based. Really good actually.
