I was playing a gold multiplayer match and got hit by a weird bug: maybe I should have died but somehow, I didn't: my health stayed at 0 for the rest of the match but I was still alive and my shields would regenerate, the heartbeat sound and the bloody screen wouldn't go away. As soon as my shields would go down I would die but even using medpacks wouldn't restore my health. The bug transferred on single player and now I hear the heartbeat thing and all the dialogs sound like someone talking in a tincan...
