I already owned the Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition on my PC from Steam, and all the DLC (Warden's Keep, Return To Ostagar, all story campaigns like Witch Hunt etc.) is part of my 'registered game content' on my EA/Bioware account.

Because I couldn't redownload the Ultimate Edition on my Mac, I downloaded the cheapest standalone game from GameTreeMac, figuring that since I had authorisation to all the other content it was the cheapest way of 'shifting platforms' (on the 'registered game content' it says PC/Mac). This worked - by using an online equivalent of the PC Dragon Age updater (called DAModWrangler I think), I was able to download and install all the DLC. In game I have all the promotional content, all the story campaigns activated and playable, and the Return to Ostagar DLC readily playable.

However this is the problem: even though they are enabled and I am 'entitled' to them according to the Bioware site, I cannot access the necessary triggers on the world map for The Stone Prisoner or the ones in the camp for Warden's Keep. For Warden's Keep, the journal even notifies me under 'Premium Content' that the Soldier's Peak quest is active, but no Levi Dryden in my camp.

Now I've done roughly 3 hours of dedicated online research, and I've pinpointed the problem. I quote another thread on this forum:

Also check the My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\Offers.xml file.
There should be an entry in there for each offer that is installed.
The game won't recognize an offer being installed unless it is in the Offers.xml file, so even if the directory is there, its not counted as installed unless its in the Offers.xml file.
If the directory is not there, the offer is not in the offers.xml file, or there is no offers.xml file, you can try to manually download and install the offers. (Even if they're there you might try reinstalling them just in case.)
The Stone Prisoner (Offer only) Warden's Keep (Offer only) Return to Ostagar (Offer Only)
Right click on the above link for the DLC you have having problems with and select “Save Target As”, or the equivalent in your browser. Save the .dazip file to your computer. If your browser tries to rename it to .zip file, rename it back to .dazip after download.
Find the daupdater.exe application, it is usually located in the bin_ship directory in your Dragon Age Installation (For example C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship\\daupdater.exe) Double click on it to open it.   Click on Select DAZIPs.  Navigate to where you have saved the .dazip file and open it.  Now the .dazip file will appear on the Install tab.
Select it on the list and click Install Selected.
Restart the game and see if that has resolved things.

As the guide indicated, I accessed the Offers.xml file on my Mac (opening with a Mac text editor) and to no surprise, Return To Ostagar had an entry (and was playable in-game) but The Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep did not.

Now my question is as follows. I even have, as the same guide stated earlier, the correct folders in the 'Offers' folder in the overall Dragon Age folder (as I added them manually):

Check whether you have the Offer part installed
Go to My Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\Offers and look for the following directories.
dao_prc_ocp_2 (The Stone Prisoner) dao_prc_onrx_1 (Warden’s Keep) dao_prc_ocp_1 (Return to Ostagar)

So the only issue here are the entries that are not in the Offers.xml text file corresponding to The Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep. How do I get them in?

Anyone who can help me here will FOREVER be rewarded!

No worries, I sorted it out myself, played around with the Offers.xml file and located the Offer folders for both Warden's Keep and The Stone Prisoner online, found their corresponding Offer text, and copied it directly into the Offers.xml file. Worked perfectly.

Tl;dr I HAVE ALL POSSIBLE DLC ON MY MAC INCLUDING WARDEN'S KEEP

Does anyone want me to write a easy, foolproof method of getting all DA:O DLC to work on a Mac (provided that you legally 'own' those DLCs through a PC edition etc.)?

I would! I've been re-installing hoping it would work, and it hasn't, even with the 1.05 patch. No DLC showing up in game and no mods working either (though that may be a whole other issue).
