This is actually my first post on the forums, even though I have been reading quite a bit since before the release of mass effect 3!
Now I am making this topic for a simple reason that I guess can be.. guessed by the title?
No actually it's a little more complicated than that. I have been playing the mass effect series (including ME 3 of course) on the xbox..until a couple of days ago when finally i got the pc that I have been waiting for a long time. I tried the demo and...well...the graphics and the controls look and feel so much better to me than the xbox(despite being on a full hd tv) that I decide to "move" to the pc.
now here is the problem...as you can see on my profile on the xbox I have a N7 rating of 770. Yep I played quite a bit. Only good thing about it is even the most extreme elitists of the multiplayer world would not "dare" (lol) to kick me, even if I was playing my krogan vanguard(which by the way is imho the strongest freaking character in ME3..and I read here of people "kicking" players on the mere fact that they are playing krogans...I mean...oh dear.)
Now on the pc I'm "only" 30 N7 as I write this, hence guess what, even with a plasma shotgun (or a widow) and a level 20 infiltrator people go on and kick me out, of leave right away if I create a lobby. And I don't want to miss on a commendation pack because of these guys. Funny how when we actually play I score 1st or 2nd most of the time. Bah!
So here I wonder whether there's someone that would like to play with me. I'd like to meet people that like me, can play decently (i'm not the best player ever by no means) but are at the same time relaxed and understand that this is a game...we're supposed to be having fun not shout insults at each other…or at least I think..??
