Edit: Off course you should test if it works without the Patch first, but I think I don't have to tell you that.

When it worked the time your Wife played, and didn't work now, even fresh installed and without the DLC or the Patches, then something on your PC must be different. Did you have a restore point around the time your Wife Played?
Did you try a Nvidia beta driver, or an older one?

I would keep pressuring support with video, and pictures to illustrate your issue, your computer more than meets the minimal requirments to play the game. If their unwilling to do that than they have sold you a broken product and you should ask for a full refund, as there is truely no reason your system should have any issue playing the game by the minimal requirments printed on the Me3 box.
If their uncompliant with that you should contact the better business bureau

you bought a full copy of a game, not a demo, you should beable to play it start to finish.

lol support told you to post your issue on the forum? that is ridiculous their support its their job to help you NOT THE COMMUNITY! - you should refuse that kind of advice and ask to talk to a manager or at least someone who "wants" to do their job.

This issue is pretty rare, at least in this extent, and his Wife did Play the game through, so this Problem is probably related to his Computer.
Computers have Problems with certain combinations from Software (+drivers) and Hardware, all the time.
Do you really think Bioware can be hold accountable for a Problem like this? Maybe you should read the ME3 EULA again.

There is nothing wrong with my computer. If you read on the first page, you'll notice that i had loded up the demo as well. If it was my computer causing the problem, I would be having the same problems with it, which I didn't. It worked like it should. Also up until last night Multiplayer worked just fine, for the most part. So something is wrong with this game in general.

Now for my gripe. Who at Bioware thought adding lens flare was a cool thing? It looks really tacky. I would like to disable it and the only way I knew how was editing the config file. It looks like I will have to live with it.
/gripe over.
Now to enjoy the game.
