Quite a few. Was playing gold with a Batarian Soldier running a Striker X (ballistic blades + striker chews up phantoms)

A couple killed themselves on my armor too, which is always fun.

Has anyone else noticed how strangely small Phantoms are? I understand that they're all hunched over and crouched, but compare them to any of the human female characters. Its like fighting a bunch of super-deadly 12 year olds.

At least 100 on the low side but I wouldn't be surpirsed if it was like 150 or higher. I just got done playing many many games of gold and in a few of them, they spawned those beyatches by.the. dozen in several waves. No joke.

Don't really care, at all. We're all going to get a ****ty "Victory Pack" that is going to give me a Drellguard anyway, why should I even bother? I'm a lot more interested in the Commendation pack.

I didn't keep count. All I know is in one round I fired a rocket at 3 Phantoms & NOTHING happened. I was so pissed!

Weird, On F Giant the hacking was at Rubble, and I was shooting a rocket at 2 Atlas' outside and ended up hitting 3+ Phantoms. (Im not sure how many, but I got the KS medal which is 5+ kills)

I've done at least 3-4 matches on gold and silver and killed at least 50

I played Asari Justicar yesterday and killed 2 phantoms in one mission with heavy melee.

Works with AoE melee and Krogan charge to kill phantoms. I got insta-killed 3rd time, but then i had no choice, it was run and die or melee and maybe live.

Well, I played 15 games in just over three hours last night. All full extractions. All Cerberus. Killed every Phantom that got within range of my Claymore/Mine combo.

The faster you kill things, the more they seem to spawn. We got into a groove and ploughed through our matches. They were literally jumping on us in waves. Not sure if they up the spawn count for events, but it certainly felt like it.

That should help things.

My Nova-guard and my friend's Asari Vanguard went Phantom-hunting in Wave 11 Gold. I estimate the death toll of Phantoms in that round alone to be near 15. Without rockets.

Must have easily hit the 50 mark between us if we count Phantoms in Wave 4 and 6-10.

This is just one game, of course.

Just a few, my internet been acting funny I disconnect like 5 or 6 times last night. Glad I didn't try gold till after the connection was stable. I could recall one match I went down and somehow was insta-healed and then floating in the air before disconnecting.

A good couple of Phantoms should have met their maker, I expect around 50 or so. Did a few Cerberus Silver matches, and my Novaguard eats Phantoms for breakfast. Except when they are with their Atlas buddies. Then they eat me :/

Phantoms have no souls; replaced by tech. I reckon there are what, 10 of them per mission on Gold? If so, then I killed 40, or there abouts.

Edit: Now that I think about it, there are alot more than 10 per mission isn't there? 15? 20? Well I killed 4 entire missions' worth of them, however many that is

10? Try triple that at least right now...

My personal kill count is about 25 or something by now, a lot more when counting assists. Cerberus Turrets seem to be quite useful against them 

 "Cornughon [Turret] Phantom" is quite satisfying

Somewhere between 40 and 50 over 6 games. As a side note, if a dude on 360 named ClearlyBalkan posts here, thanks for the awesome strategy against Cerberus on Firebase Ghost Gold. It was a great match and except for once when Phantoms got into our camping spot it went smoother than I could have expected.

Is it me or has the number of phantoms spawning on gold increased for this weekend event on gold? cuz i did around 4 gold runs last night and im pretty sure as a team we killed around 40-50 phantoms

5 successful gold runs for my asari adept. I lost count of the number of phantoms but my stasis bubble was starting to smoke by the end

got about 15-18 in a gold last night although we died half way through 10 because of a back hack posion in white, its the corner of the lower room

Must have killed 100 of them last night, they never seem to stop coming. Playing as a GI, it's easy to see them coming, and a Phantom always requires your attention, except when you've got 6 of them cartwheeling around, it's which one requires the most attention.

Hopefully today I can add 200+!

They die so fast from my melee of death... they stand no chance.
