I played the last mission on my 3rd shepard. I had to play the ending because my other sheps still haven't gotten through me2. I only got to the cerberus base because I felt like it didn't even matter to try and get anywhere. After playing me2 right before this, I realized how much less me3 had to it. I am not very optimistic, so I don't think it's gonna be easy for bioware to dig themselves out of this hole. I hope that the EC can somehow save this game/series, but I'm not holding my breath.
Turn it On/Turn it Off for Bioware AFTER ACTION REPORTS: How did it feel to Play again?

Started a NG+ Insanity run. It was fun, and as my previous playthrough was veteran, it was a welcome challenge. Seeing Ash in the hospital reminded me of the great moments of the game, and gave me hope that they can fix the endings.

Started a new playthrough, put it on "narrative" and just blew through everything trying to get to Tali. Just now turned it off. Other than retaking Rannoch I have zero motivation to play ME3. Screw Earth.

So I played some of my Adept Shepard, played the two Tuchanka Turian Bomb missions, felt bad for Lt. Victus again. Got bored so I put in Mass Effect 1 to play Insanity since I haven't been bother to beat that game on that difficulty yet. Man is Mass Effect 3's Insanity a joke compared to Mass Effect 1, I actually died.

Loaded up my last save just before the Cerberus base. Saw Tali again in my cabin and talked about how we would survive (not by adapting, as she had done to be with me). That conversation made the ending even worse for me. Destroy is the closest to acceptable option for my Shepard but I would still have to betray the Geth.
Immediately tweeted my support of #TurnME3on to @bioware, @masseffect, and @jessicamerizan.

Played a non-import Vanguard for a little but just now. Went back to studying for Finals after fighting through the rooftops of Vancouver. Gonna go dark and sign off of BSN in a bit. Good luck and Godspeed, everyone.

Claimed my Alienware code for the Indra sniper rifle and messed around with it. Immediately decided I wasn't a fan of it, lol.
Figured out a new Soldier build I want to try (lightweight, Viper/Tempest weapon loadouts with +196% power recharge speed to spam Adrenaline Rush/Carnage/Concussion Blast), depending on if the EC motivates me to get into a new playthrough, /crosses fingers.

Started new game, got to Mars. Counted all the warning signs leading up to it. I want to play more because the game is great and I'm over feeling depressed about the ending but I maintain that it was horrible and support this campaign so I'm signing off (3 am here) and not logging in or playing tomorrow. Gonna tweet now.

Dragged out another ME2 save. It feels like I've spent most of the day trudging around the Citadel.

Did some side missions and went through the Geth dreadnought on my NG+ playthrough. Was reminded about the bad missions journal. Think I need to up the difficulty, not getting enough challenge. Even though it's still fun, because of the ending it just feels kind of empty or hollow.

Message out and away (on Twitter). Didn't really play much, though - just wandered around the ship a little. Of course, it doesn't help I don't have any saves before anything really worth replaying... and I can't bring myself to bother importing any of my other characters yet.

Working towards Tuchanka in a second import. Really impressed with how different the tone of the genophage story feels when Wrex is at the helm of Urdnot and Eve is gonna die -- but even feeling impressed and pleased with a different view of that amazing story/level(s) my enjoyment dims when I think of the current ending. In some ways replaying the awesome parts of the game makes the knowledge of the current ending all the harder to stomach. :/
Still hoping somehow this can all be salvaged.

Finished the Asari monastery and did some damage on the Geth dreadnought... Nothing much beyond that.

Imported save. Played the beginning up until back at the Normandy to check out that useless dog.
Didn't feel as bad as I thought it would. Thought about how strange the whole brat-in-vent-thing actually is. Strengthened belief in IT.

Was in the captain's quarters during today's playthrough and interacted with the "space hamster" up on Shepard's shelf. If you guys know your Bioware history, you'll know that the hamster's "squeek" is still the same sound file from Minsc's "miniature giant space hamster" in BG1. Every time I see that reference I feel both nostalgic and bummed out all at the same time.
I've been playing ME3 multiplayer the past few days and, to be honest - it's fun. I enjoy it, but I can't help wondering each time I play if this is the new direction that Bioware is going...away from in-depth storytelling, away from long and engrossing single-player experiences, and toward the run-and-gun ADHD demographic.
Fewer dialogue choices, bigger ******, increasingly linear story, integrated support for micro-transactions. No, ME3 is not Call of Duty...but Bioware (under EA's direction) does seem to be heading in that direction.
Let's hope that the EC helps prove me wrong.

started a new game+ on insanity. Between finishing the single player game and now, I have been playing MP and have gotten fairly proficient. It was strange feeling so sluggish with the Vanguard build I had, but after switching guns and modifying my pistol on Mars I was juggling and bouncing Cerberus troops all over the place, so I think I'm a better player now.
I was also able to tweak my Shep's look to something a bit closer to what I wanted, so I'm looking forward to going through in the future, sort of, provided this works.

Decided to continue my insanity run to get all the remaining achievements and finally 'have it done', after a month or so break - got to Tuchanka, did the Cerberus mission, shoot a missile at the poor Victus junior as a sign of protest and out of boredom, as maxed combat drone and stasis basically did all the job for me (checked the settings twice to make sure it was insanity - sigh, is it just me or was it much more challenging in ME2?) aaand... that would be all for now i'm afraid. I just can't put my heart into the character anymore and playing THIS DAMN AMAZING GAME just for mechanics is simply not enough for me, i really wish i could go back to the stage of obsession which made it impossible for me to look at the moon and not think about how would it be to drive a Mako over there... So, the other 9 of Shepard's family is still in a deep coma. Pity.

Oops guess this is where I was supposed to post that I played today. Played my dudeShep that romanced Jack so I took him through Grisson Academy to spend some time with her. Jack makes everything better. She was my only motivation though.

I played from the start until the end of Mars. It was fun but the auto dialouge at the start still annoys me.
