I loged in Yesterday to find 2 characters on my dragon age 2 made one lv19 warrior and lv3 rogue I did not make these and the achievements unlock was not me either. I'm not sure if they was using this sites account or just stole my game. I have changed my EA details and changed my Email pass I can not see anyway they getting back on my account I have also deleted both characters but I'm unable to reset the achievements.

Tell us what makes you think that this question has anything to do with this forum? You have a SITE problem. This is a GAME forum. Account problems are the Site's and EA's, not anything that a fellow game player can do anything about. There is no Bioware oversight in here and there is no conduit from your message in here to EA's Support on their site.
