Just explain to the noobs that they'll die an awful lot with that low level char, and suggest that they level up in bronze/silver. They'll leave.

N7 points means how much level you've earned. If their character's level is too low to play Gold. Then what's wrong with playing bronze?

Well, with an N7 rating that high, they probably promote a lot, which means they probably spend a lot of time in bronze leveling characters.

Personally I would get really bored, bronze doesn't have enough enemies to kill.

Theres a difference.  People with High N7 levels like the one you pointed out can breeze through bronze easily with any character.  If a person goes into gold with a really low N7 level, chances are that people will kick that person.  Its not that they don't like them or feel that there a noob, they just don't have that much experience to play gold.

Also its bronze, its an easy 15 minutes with whatever character your not experienced with or whatever weapons you haven't used before.

On the other hand a person with a low N7 level, but with a level 20 character and the right equipment and weapons and maybe a mic, might not get kicked.  If players feel as whoever is joining them knows what role they can play, then they wont kick them.

I dont think you can blame this on the Event weekend. I mean, its not BW's fault you dont have friends to play with in gold.

I've randomed a number of times to full extration in gold with people with N7 scores under 100 and characters and equipment that left a lot to be desired. Yes I had to get 150,000points to do it, but its great fun regardless. Think of it as opportunity rather than a hinderence.
