Well, with an N7 rating that high, they probably promote a lot, which means they probably spend a lot of time in bronze leveling characters.

Personally I would get really bored, bronze doesn't have enough enemies to kill.

Tell me about it. Went to try bronze with my new glass cannon GI and I think I didn't even take health damage once... Was so boring though... want more phantoms to kill.

Excellent for you, easy money and xp.

I am just under 700 N7 points. And I'm often in Bronze as I'm always leveling my characters.

I reserve my infiltrator at level 20 for gold runs. But all other characters get promoted asap. Until they are level 8 (2 bronze extractions) they remain in bronze. Then Silver until level 16, then bronze until promotion.

I fail to see the fun in dying repeatedly and losing. You can bet they're only playing Gold because BioWare decided to dangle N7 weapons in front of them.

agreed, doing half the work for the entire team isn't going to prevent my teammates from getting killed over and over. Most gold lobbies are hosted by level 50 ish players. Srsly wtf.

I haven't seen many level 5 queues. I have seen people who obviously don't normally play Gold.

Most obvious example is Firebase White. That upper central portion at the top of the ladder? The one with 4-5 angles of attack? Yes, I know it's the best place to be on Bronze and Silver. On gold? It's the worst. Most of the time on gold we pray we don't get a hacking objective there. It is possible to win, but you'll give your squishies heart attacks and make it a lot of not-fun for them, along with making the entire match much harder than it needs to be.

Doesn't bother me a bit. I played gold with freinds all night, no randoms. I rarely play gold with randoms. They tend to suck. BAD. So bad, they make my xbox smell like stale cheetos. lol. Then they don't even have mics so it's not like you can really help them at all, just feed their delusion that they know what they are doing. Nope. No thanks.

Lol ! What is this hate against high N7 ? And if you are not HIGH N7 from where you know what in the hell are we doing to top leaderborads. Yes some time we play bronze, sometime silver, sometime gold. From where you know what is our personal and team skills ?
To OP: Just play the game and make fun. This is game - sometime we wins sometime lose, but who cares?

EDIT: Ewerything shall end when all players make their gold run and finish the task "gold extraction".Just be patiient.

Sad thing is OP is crying about low lvl chars coming to gold and succing when what should be said is the high lvl ones that still succ in gold.


I'll take a n7 13 that will learn and work together in gold faster then ill take a n7 1000 with lvl 20 char and rank x weapon that wants to lone wolf and not listen

I was planning to play with my friends but they weren't online so I played with randoms. We walked right through 3 gold matches & I picked up 2 new friends.

While the OP's attitude kinda sucks, this kind of attitude isn't helping either.

Now, I'm not mad at anyone who doesn't normally play gold but is this weekend because of the rewards. Not one bit. I'm kind of irritated with Bioware for making the objective something that requires people to play the game in a way that they normally don't want to if they want the bonus weekend reward. It's still doable though. I just won't be playing many gold games this weekend after I get my completion for the event.

Why? Well, here's the thing. While, again, I'm not mad at anyone who doesnt' really feel up to Golds but is doing them anyway, understand every person who isn't familiar with Gold and how it works and what strategies to use means the other people have to work a lot harder to make a win possible. If there's 2 or 3 people who aren't familiar with gold, and  you're not losing, I can almost guarantee that last person is stressing and having to play a very un-fun version of a game they normally enjoy if they feel like winning. Saying "people who play for kicks" is all fine and good, but understand that this situation can potentially make the game very not-fun for people who normally enjoy playing in Gold games.

hahahaha.. yeah I've played a novaguard today that loves to charge unreaved targets but whenever I reave them he uses his katana from long range to kill them.

I tried following him for 4 rounds trying to do mean explosions but he was just too stupid to figure out what I was trying to do. When phantoms started showing up he went down more than once per round until he ran out of medigel from then on until wave 10 he called all of us "useless"

It's just Cerberus. Bring a friend who knows what he/she is doing, and you can carry 2 average players quite easily.
