When I initially log into my Bioware account, I registered dragon age - collectors addition and the associated promo codes.

These promo codes where shown under 'your registered game promotions' in my profile, but since then they have disappeared from my account and as such can not be accessed in game.

I haven't changed the account, deleted or otherwise, the linked email has been the same for years.

How can I get access to this content?
