What impact has the "Lucky"  atrribute or property on an item worn by the player? 

Also what does "Improves Blood Magic" do? (Other then 'it improves your blood magic!')

Lucky does

improves blood magic changes the cost modifier of spells in blood magic mode from 0.8 to 0.6

serious answer on lucky is that the comment says ":)". i havent seen it used anywhere so i have no idea if it does anything

eta: oh and improves blood magic doesnt stack fyi
