How can I have in both weapon choices the same weapon?

I wanted to have in Sword and Shield the Starfang, and in dual wield Starfang/Topsiders Honor, but I'm not being able to keep Starfang in both "quick" choices.

Is this even possible?

It's not possible without doing manual swaps.
