Here's another doozy.

Team playing gold. Makes it through wave 10. At wave 11, we camped until about 30 seconds before extraction. We make a run for it. Enemy is waiting for us at the extraction zone. After a couple of rez', there is one lone survivor left to tell the story.

I still wonder what ever happened to that guy.

My group died once on a hacking attempt on Wave 10 on Gold when we only had one small sliver left between us and the credits. None of us had any gel.

Was this yesterday because I was part of a group that happened to. Group of 4-5 Pyros spawned behind the FBW camp room and proceeded to head towards 3 of us in the hack zone wiping us out. Died with the Cobra out after getting roasted, lol. Last guy ran around to draw the enemies away, made it back to the zone and was maybe 2-3 secs away from finishing the objective when they got killed as well.

I think that was the same game where we got the 3rd wave 4 objective objective where I bought it (Infiltrator), tried to medigel immediately using a medigel up but not reviving and unable to spam the A button to keep myself alive. Sucks sitting there just watching your time run out.

Joined a bronze game to level up my 10 quarian inf, and the only other guy in the lobby was an N7 1, lvl 1 rookie - his very first game! He'd clicked 'ready', and as nobody else seemed to want to stick around I thought I'd help the guy get his first few levels.

A few minutes in, during wave 1, and he rage-quit as I just couldn't get to him for a rez before a Cerb trooper stomped on him. As wave 1 restarted I thought 'hell, might as well give it a go.'

Got all the way to wave 10, on an 'eliminate targets' round. Had the last one in my scope when suddenly the mean eyes of a phantom appeared in my sights, looking straight at me at point blank range.

A second later it was insta-kill...for me...

This for me too...

It was just awful since I decided to take the Ravager head on thinking it wouldn't use the cannon attack at close range... oh how wrong I was. Didn't matter that I dodged the cannon attacks since the slime got me right away. SUICIDE! 

OH, and how could I forget the time I missed a rocket launcher at point blank range against two geth primes. Ended up losing the round because we ran out of time on the assassination objective. I since learned to always aim the rockets at the floor.

Two things comes in mind:
1- Bad aiming a Cobra... Instead of destroying 2 Atlas, I destroyed... A trooper...


2- Trying to put some distance between a Banshee 'teleporting' fast toward me. But instead of putting distance between us, I start running then hit a obstacle and go cover ... Happens 3 times before the Banshee decided she had enough fun seeing me trying to flee and return to her normal purpose: punching a hole through my chest...

There have been times on silver when everyone dies and then you know everyone is watching you and you take out a small army and you feel like a hero.

fbw:g:g today for the first time.... thought the quarian infiltrator with arc pistol would be a good bet.
get 4 objective's round came up..being the only infiltrator I rushed around the map and got them. As i got the last one...the entire team died.

probably about 10 cloaked geth and 6 pyro's left. Thought this would be easy.
It was not. sabotage was not working due to an annoying combination of cloaked geth. Got killed once. used a medipack. Got chased round the map. Arc pistol was not effective enough.eventually gave up in embarrassment

Now i think of it..everyone was satisfied with the completion of the money round. And didn't revive themselves. Still. humiliating knowing everyones watching you suck.
when the game ended I quit the lobby straight away..hopefully they won't remember my name

I was so disappointed with myself I sent an apology to everybody else that was in the match.

Three people firing Cobra missile at a Atlas(myself included) in Firebase Giant Wave 10 Gold. It was the last objective target and we fired at nearly the same time. My missile didn't even kill a trooper

I thought that hey, some people seem to be rocking it, and since the packs have decided I shall have Kishock at X before I'm even granted medi-gel, I totally should learn to use it. Heck, it does second best(?) damage, right after Javelin. And why not batarian sentinel, since my soldier is sporting striker/claymore and is really built for in-yer-face.

Some forum posts really should have "don't try this with your game" disclaimer. Like, all posts conserning Kishock...
Just out of curiosity, is it even possible to get reliable head shots with it? Or in other words, does it ever fire where you aim it at?

Was trying to take out a turret so that I could safely get a team mate back on his feet on Firebase Dagger gold; suddenly, I get hoisted into the air and squished by the Atlas that somehow managed to sneak up behind me.

Blame the lag. "I didn't miss, it just didn't connect!" :innocent:
Incidentally, whenever my GI dies because I can't see the phantom is too far away to be stunlocked   of a phantom, it's lag. Just so you know

had a reactor/reaper/gold last night

me as a lv17 justicar, another as an asari adept a geth engineer and a salarian infiltrator

the salarian ended up afking the entire match and we somehow still won (though without full extraction because we let the salarian die and never revived him)

now how is this worthy of the wall of shame? well i feel incredibly dirty for carrying an afker thats why

I thought i'd go a bit commando and take out the 2 nemesis hiding behind cover. Up the stairs in fb giant. Get into cover grap number 1 stasis number 2, head shot job done.

full of confidence my multi function a button gracefully slides me right over the top to stand right between them, almost instantly im on the floor doing the spasmodic elbow thing. total failure.

Try out Kishock. Can't hit a barn door. Not specced to do much except shoot sniper rifles

Everyone else on this PUG is apparently pretty good. End up winning on Silver with only 8000 points.

(I honestly tried my best the whole time. I wish I had a mic so I could have told people not to bother reviving me. Like to think the occasion when I revived a couple of people on wave 10 played a part in the successful conclusion, though.)
