New one to add for me:

-Died over 10 times, Wave 4 Silver against Cerberus. I was a level 17 Sentinel. Granted, I didn't die after that wave...but I died SO much on that wave for some odd reason!

Firebase white, gold, cerberus. About wave 9. I'm a krogan vanguard with no barrier and full carnage. Trying to show off how my battlemaster never dies. The whole team goes down a bunch and i am eventully unable to rez them. Time to shine. I move around the map avoiding the atlas that seems to pop up in unexpected places, and i'm taking out first the phantoms, then troopers and centurions, finally managing to kill some pesky banshees. I waste my last rocket early on to save my life when i discover an engineer and his turret blocking my egress at the top of the stairs, with a bunch of baddies behind me. Now the little ons are dead without taking too much time, its time for the atlas. I realize that the tricky atlas is actually two atlases. I have no special ammo, or equiptment at all in use. I figure if i can take down thier shields, carnage can finish them off. What proceeds to occur is the most drawn out boring fight in history. My Disciple can't finish off one's shields without a run to an ammo box. When i finally do strip them, the other atlas goes for a flank or otherwise forces me to stop my attack long enough for shields to regen, i start biotic charging and backing away shooting. It works but painfully slowly. I realize i should just die so my team can stop being forced to watch this. But i've gotten so far... Finally i take two rockets and die an inglorious death. Both atlases still have about 50 percent armor.

For me...

Always that one step away from making it out of the Cerberus grenade blast radius. Usually happens when I'm shot up a bit and the screen has that lovely red tinge. Not surprisingly it hides the grenade indicator two ways. Sound, because of the hear thumping and the color naturally blends in so perfectly. I should take a clue form the scattering teamies but sometimes there's only one avenue of escape. Right over the top of that mother....grenade.

Not sure how many I ate this weekend but I do know that my characters have zero iron deficiencies now with all the shrapnel I took in.

Hosted a typical W/G/G game until another fellow Krogan Vanguard joined and called me out on my BS. XD

We ended up having to fight the Reapers on Glacier after I made the "sensible" decision to randomize mission parameters. It didn't turn out too well... Wave 3, hacking objective, it was pure chaos. With banshees constantly rushing our position, we found ourselves in a catch 22 situation. The cramped nature of FB glacier made it difficult to evade banshees whilst maintaining hack. It also made it so that the next banshee would catch up in virtually no time after we nuked the last. Got myself impaled by one after reviving a squad mate. It all went to hell after that.

Looking back, a 2-2 split would have been more ideal than having everyone camp the terminal as usual. Me and the other KV could have lured and kited the banshee away from the terminal, decimating anything else that gets in our way. That would have given the rest of the squad an easier time fending off stragglers whilst keeping tabs on the terminal. Oh well, s*** happens and we learn from our mistakes, right?

After that crushing defeat, I decided we get troop morale back up by kicking Cerberus the hell off our home world(still Gold btw). It was awesome! Except for that one part where I whiffed a missile in front of the entire team, BUT THEN... I just launched another missile. Gotta love capacity upgrades... B)

Fell short with Falcon Punch against phantom I'd rocked back with blades on the Batarian Soldier. Promptly stabbed in the Batarian Spleen-Equivalent organ.

Whoops.

My second gold match ever, I went in with only a carnifex on White and still hadn't figured out where the ammo crates were in the back area where everyone likes to farm credits when playing geth. So embaressing. Learned my lesson. Game three of gold I figured it out right away and had another gun with me. Took care of everything like a boss.

first successful Gold on the Benning map against Cerberus with my Asaris Justicar, would have been a full extraction but a Atlas nailed me with a rocket in the last 5 seconds.

have a fairly long list of failed cobras, i always go for the big impact and aim for the body trying to get as many enemies as possible, missed through a banshees warp, through the space between the atlases arms and body, misse the atlas i was aiming for (impact would kill 6 others) and kill 1 guardian

also remeber playing a silver reaper run with my mele based kroguard on reacotr and i charged at the 1st group of enemies and killed the 1st 2 then tried to charge again only wasnt able to charge (my set up after a charge i get 100% sheild back) so im smashing the 1 button and nothing is happening and then i die in the 1st 30 seconds of the map and i hear a voice over coms 'really already' felt like such a dick but then made up for it by saving his and my mates sorry asses and carying the rest of the game.

had a few times where after the wave is over i have been on low health and then walked into a turets fire or acid or been hit by swarmers and felt like a total noob

Unmanned turrets are nasty - no shame in dying to them!

I tend to cut people some slack on Wave 1 bc I know sometimes I need a death or two to warm up but by the later waves I'm kicking ass. It's the people who are dying multiple times every wave that get to me...

Using a medi-gel right when a Banshee walked next to me. I wanted to take it back, but it was too late.

Using AJ and was taking cover. Heard Banshee but thought she was farther off. Decided to pick off smaller guys so we could have an escape route if need be. Seconds later I got grabbed from behind and met the lovely Banshee who proceded to rearrange my Asari's innards.Slightly wished someone had a mic to shout that blasted thing was behind me.

Saturday a match I was in on Dagger, all three of us ran to revive a teammate. I think they had the same problem I had: Going into cover or nothing happens. Then he bled out. We managed to finish the wave, but that was annoying/embarrassing. Got on the mike and apologized.

Similarly when you're hitting space to revive someone but nothing happens, even if you try repositioning. They're probably just thinking 'wtf?, revive me already!'

Happens to be all the time! So annoying.
I don't know if I'm particularly stupid... I often end up going into cover in front of the object I try to reach while running for my life. I go down so much because I fail to get to cover. I get stuck on corners a lot, too

My wall of shame is long^^
Getting killed by a husk who jumps me while I'm distracted.....
Running into granades....
Missing with the cobra twice in a row...
Forgetting to run to the LZ....
Getting killed by turrets a lot (as a melee character)....

More bad luck than anything was all of us dying one second before the upload of wave 10 was complete. The bar was completely blue already! It was FB Giant/Reaper, we got swarmed by banshees, brutes and ravagers. I think it was a bronze match *cough*
It was a walk in the park and all of a sudden we started dying.

Bad luck again was FB Glacier/Reapers on silver. I was the last one alive (wave 9?). Got pinned into a corner by two brutes and a bunch of husks. Couldn't move at all. I had to pop 3 med-gel to get out of that corner.
Ran for my life. Went into cover. Started shooting........got killed by a husk :pinched:
