Every time I play Gold - I have my own class 'Cannon Fodder' - purpose run round and get killed - special power - every enemy get one free shoot! Got KIA 30 seconds after Wave 1 anounced in one game.

Batarian Sentinel - level 18/19 - Skriker Assault Rifle & Geth Plasma SMG, after 'farming geth' / surviving to the evacuation wave my Batarian missed the shuttle as he popped off to get some Ammo. Getting the team a Partial Evacuation! Even without mike you could hear the collective grown. We where so close to getting N7 weapon! Curse my fat Batarian backside!

Luckly the Geths were happy to hear darring tails of my Batarian's days as a pirate before the Reapers invasion and it passed the time till the next shuttle arrived! Like British buses wait all day for one then two or three turn up!

Gold match, yesterday. Got to wave 10, entire squad taken down by Reaper spam during hacking - Banshees, 2 Brutes, Ravagers up to our eyeballs, I get taken down, use my last medigel, rocket the nasties, one cannibal left, take cover to pick him off, get killed unceremoniously by swarmers. FUUU!

Silver match, I forget when it was. Playing my Krogan Vanguard, Urdnot Boh. Now I know what you're thinking, but don't you worry. Big Boh knows his way around a battfield. He's the one man one fist walking apocalypse, and he regularly gives Phantoms a brief history of pain with the back of his hand.

Wave 9. Whole team is dead, and by that I mean one is downed and two have shuffled off to the big Citadel in the sky. A dead Turian and Asari are not looking good on Big Boh's record, but he knows he can pull this whole thing together. That Salarian Infiltrator has been a watchful eye over his shoulder all mission. Genophage or no, Big Boh won't lose another ally today.

He sees him, laying bleeding on the cold steel of a forgotten Tuchanka outpost. Over him is a Phantom, watching her kill intently. Big Boh's not afraid of a Phantom, he's sent at least four over a railing into a truck today alone. He steels himself and arcs across the battlefield in a brilliant blue flash. His rallying cry of BIIIIIIIIIIIIG BOOOOOOOOOOOOH rings out through the air. Big Boh impacts the Phantom with the force of an angry Thresher Maw. He readies his pimp hand and keeps it strong for the sake of Krogan everywhere.

Her sister slashes him in the back. Big Boh is confused. He looks up and sees that frail looking assassin sink her blade deep into his chest, just as he hears the death rattle of the Salarian. He collapses to the ground, a broken and beaten warrior.

Now don't you worry, Big Boh knows his way around a battlefield.

I did something similar to this. Was at the extraction with 2 sec left. Then accidently hit charge instead of stasis.

Forgot I was playing as a Drell instead of a Quarian and thought I was about to turn on my tactical cloak.
Instead, I charged and ended up hugging two Brutes.

....They weren't in the mood for lovin'.

Showing a horde of Reaper troops who's boss and having a husk creep up on me from behind to lock me helplessly into a grapple while everyone's shooting at me. Happens way more often than I care to admit.

It was Wave 10 and I died after the first three seconds or something (that's bad enough, no idea how that happened). So I went downstairs and drank something, maybe was away for 30 seconds. Now, I get back into my room, and Admiral Hackett's like, "Get to the extraction area!!", I'm like surrounded by 4 Geth Primes ('t was Gold) and I had 1 minute left. So before I could even sit down and actually do anything, I was shot down with everyone else being in the extraction zone yelling at me. Partial Extraction, meh.

Took almost an entire wave alone on silver when my teammates died just to die to the last combat engineer,.. I thought it would be nice to finish him with a heavy melee.

Wave starts we have 2 brutes, 2 Banshee's 3 Ravengers and multiple other things.

The first time I found myself the last man alive, I completely lost my nerve. My aiming went to pieces, and I think the rest of the team must've watched my Salarian infiltrator doing circuits of Firebase Ghost for a good three or four minutes trying to pick off the last few remaining stragglers. Eventually I took a wrong turn and ran straight into two hunters - mission failure.

Wave 10 of a Geth Gold Random Map on my Quarian Infiltrator. We did amazingly up to Wave 10 and even finished the objective, at that point my whole team died and were swiftly executed. I survived trying to kill everything off for the next 10 minutes and got down to the last enemy, a pyro...or so I thought...After finally sniping him and feeling satisfied, the wave complete message didn't pop up. Instead a stealth hunter walked up and shot me with his shiny gun and killed me. (no Medi-Gel left)
I'd feel a bit better if it wasn't over this weekend, I am assuming some of my team wanted the extraction for their pack.

Dagger, Reapers, either Gold or Silver with 3 ppl (it was quite intense), playing as asari justicar. It felt like I was carrying this game because I was the most durable character in the team and was constantly reviving everyone and soon I went all rambo and ruthless. So, wave 5 or 6 is starting, we are camping in that room and my teammates are sniping everything down there and are not able to see anything outside their scopes. Meanwhile, 2 banshees and 1 brute are approaching the coridor on the left. And I am like "awwwyeah launch Cobra, kill 3 ****es at once and my team will be so surprised and embarassed that they didn't see it coming and will adore me even more, yes YESS", pekaface.jpg...
I so totally missed 2 shots and only killed 1 banshee by the third rocket. The saddest thing, I couldn't stop after 2 misses, I had to kill SOMETHING instantly so that nobody noticed I wasted all 3 charges. Darn ego.

Replace Drell with Asari and you've got one of my biggest derp moments yet -- pretty much word for word like yours. I had been concentrating all my XP on Stasis and Lift Grenades, so it was a very, very sad biotic charge between two brutes in a moment of panic. I didn't disappear from danger; I flew in its face with what could be the equivalent of flicking one of the brutes in the forehead.

This thread is pretty amusing to read...nice to know I'm not the only one that has had some bad moments. My biggest WTF though was reading I had committed suicide????? WHAT??

And then, relatively early on (I don't know if my N7 was even in the 40s yet), there was the "third rocket's the charm" moment where, overzealous and over-caffeinated, I really screwed the pooch in taking out the remaining Banshee as the sole man standing on Wave 10. First one, between the legs. Second looked like it should have grazed the torso, but nothing doing.  Third -- with a few pronounced curse words on my end -- finally knocked it out.

Firebase white, one of the hacking missions on Gold. Two Primes on the stairs, I shoot my rocket through both their armpits and hit some Geth Rocket Trooper, twice.


I ran back down the stairs and acted like nothing happened... oh man. I'm known for missing easy rocket shots, haha.
