For the 360 version, I take advantage of the leveling glitch at Ostagar and the Tome dupe. I imagine these will be fixed but do you think I will be able to delete the patch, perform the glitches, then re-apply the patch?

This would all be irrelivant if the included a new game+, of course, as I hate the tedium of leveling up from a wuss.
