Hopefully not too far off-topic, but if Bioware was planning on setting KotOR loose on GOG it would be really awesome if that timed up with the game's ten year anniversary. And thanks for releasing Jade Empire special edition last month.

I know that EA has the rights to make new Star Wars IP's and games but I don't know if that includes re-releasing existing games...... it probably does but if someone can look into that it would be great, since GOG always makes sure games run on all modern systems this would be a great time saver compared to getting the original discs working.

^ I´ve found that waiting for indie/digital only releases on GOG after they are on Steam usually pays off.

Now if they can convince the guys from FFVII to release DRM free...

Yeah would be better, i refuse to buy games from steam if they're on GoG too, i just hope they would be faster to get them but i guess it's hard to get publishers to release drm free games atleast most of them so it involves more work thus takes longer time to get them on GoG

Yes, I suspect the licensing issues can vary greatly - System Shock 2 is a perfect example, as people have been clamoring for it for years.

While I'm here, I'd like to point out that InFlux was released, and is on sale until next tuesday. Looks really slick, but waiting on reviews before jumping in. Some of the indoor level design reminds me a great deal of Portal. here is the trailer.
