Will they give us the Battlefield solider? Will my collector rifle code now work on PS3? Are these changes even being made?
It seems unfair to me a bought digital comics over real ones to get a code for a rifle to be told in the email sent to me, oh hey by the way only works on Xbox and PC .
So now Bioware have worked the Operations out with Sony

We don't know yet. Bioware hasn't said anything regarding those items.

I sent Chris P. a pm asking about both the Collectors Assault rifle and the Battlefield 3 soldier class and if they would be included for PS3 since we missed out on the cut off dates for both of them and he replied that they would not be offered to us. I think we will only get them through paid dlc. The collectors rifle isn't really that good. It's as week as a Phaeston, holds way less ammo, and is five times heavier. It's crap. The only difference in the human soldier and the BF3 one is you have carnage instead of concussive shot. You have the best the game has to offer already, but yes it sucks having the feeling of getting left out and Bioware seeming has no plans to make up lost events or MP stuff. Especially since the weekend events are bi-monthly instead of every week now.
