So, I've bought Mass Effect 3 brand new, sealed. It came with a pass, I've tried countless times to activate it but it keeps saying it's 'invalid'.
Help, pwease??

Your only recourse is to contact EA support and explain to them the situation (probably advisable to have proof of purchase at hand as well).
