I like harrier x (mag V and Barrel V) + claymore x for elites ( choke V + shredder V). I've just added your Inferno ammo build (dmg, ammo, explosion) for rapid fure guns. As a bonus power I use fortification (i used carnage). I simply chose forti as extra power buff, I dont need this 20% dmg protection. 
My armor is full hanhe-kedar without any helmets ( I dont like 'em). Enemies vanish faster before they spawn. Although small personal modifications to your build I like it a lot. I've used smg's too, but I feel better with ar. 
Once I have "stationary" internet for my pc I will upload some stuff and post youtube link here. Too bad I'll have to wait few more months, meh ;/ I hate this limited-mobile net on my laptop ;/
