I think the problem here is that Shepard can't genetically have Garrus's children.

How do turians give birth anyway? Since they evolved from birds, does that mean they lay eggs?

The spiky babies look like monsters.
Turians do, too, when viewed objectively; however, they have the trappings of civilization to make it clear that they aren't. But the babies as conceptualized by every artist whose work I've seen are horrible monstrosities that remind me of Dead Space.
In a way, it's appropriate. Baby birds (with few exceptions) are gangly, ugly things.

And how!
I suppose "The Tasteful Exhibitionist" was meant to be an ironic title.
Impossible if not adopted yes, but gross? It's nothing other than the blue babies everyone is so hyped up about, with adoption it would be even less "gross" since it's not two different species mating.Rockpopple wrote...
That's impossible and gross.
Artistically impressive. Well drawn. But impossible and gross.

Wow... just scrolled down until I discovered those... "tasteful" pictures. Its like watching a carwreck. You know you shouldnt, but you cant look away. Guess I'm just not into this kind of stuff. Still, the child is cute.

Imagine giving birth to that! ouch.... =/
Haha yeah, I don't get it either. Are people genuinely attracted to fictional extraterrestrials, or is it more of a novelty than anything else?XwebraiderX wrote...

Well, the Asari (and the Quarians, post-ME3) are close enough to Humans that it's not THAT much of a strech to imagine people being attracted to them. Turians, though, I'm like "haha what?"
Maybe it's more the knowledge that it's Garrus and FemShep boinking rather than "Man, I want me some of that!"

Also there are a bunch of girls on tumblr who are apparently legit attracted to Turians (not just Garrus but Gavorn too) I don't particularly understand it.
