I didn't even romance Garrus (never played FemShep), but I just know these things.

Besides, FemShep and Garrus make a perfect couple.

FemShep says in-game that biology won't allow it, it's just a tease from Garrus.Terminus Echoes wrote...
If it's not genetically possible, why does Garrus say "Maybe we'll find out what a Turian-Human baby looks like"?

See, that's generally OK with me. I'm cool with the fact that the adult characters in an M-rated can be sexually active. However, I don't need to see that described in all its detail. Same with people I know in real life, actually. Quite a few are in relationships, and I assume that in many cases there is a sexual component to that. However, I have no desire at all to be in the same room with them when that's going on. I would simply see myself as an unwelcome intruder.Hatikvah07 wrote...

Haha yeah, I don't get it either. Are people genuinely attracted to fictional extraterrestrials, or is it more of a novelty than anything else?
Well, the Asari (and the Quarians, post-ME3) are close enough to Humans that it's not THAT much of a strech to imagine people being attracted to them. Turians, though, I'm like "haha what?"
Maybe it's more the knowledge that it's Garrus and FemShep boinking rather than "Man, I want me some of that!"

Oh yeah, totally with you. I don't need to see a fully detailed scene of FemShep and Garrus (or Thane, or Wrex, or a few Batarians, or a Varren, or oh no I've gone cross-eyed) going at it. It's nice that I know my FemShep and Garrus are a couple, I don't actually need to see them doing the need.

Yes, all dialogue should always be taken at face value.Terminus Echoes wrote...

In other news, asari are shape-shifters and Joker has the highest pain threshold of any human to ever live.

I prefer adopted Krogan babies
In my headcanon, Shepard and Garrus adopts all the babies! Krogan, turian, salarian, human, hanar, drell... maybe not asari, though, because it'd be weird if their kid outlives the both of them.
And for something different, Garrus with a squishy human baby.

And in no way do they look like D9's Prawns. At all, the have a distinct lack of tentacles mouths is a clear giveaway.

Seconded!
Spacemagic hybrid abominations would be most welcome for my Femshep and Garrus, but if they can't have biological babies, that's fine as long as they can adopt that one ^, it's so icredibly cute! Some of the artwork of krogan babies is also amazing.
Sorry for being in the minority that go "Aww
Now I really support blue babies and I really hope my Liaramancing Shep will get lots of those, but why not spiky babies, scaly babies or whatever quarian babies really look like *rejecting Tali stock image*?
More cuteness for everyone!

Nope.
