Left persistent gold character card drop-rate issues unfix for comedic value
Left persistent uncommon character card drop-rate issues unfix for comedic value
Increased the chance of getting character cards from packs even though you''ve already maxed out level and appearances of individual classes for comedic value
Added trolling effect of giving you more than 1 gold drop character card or the combination of gold and uncommon of the same kind for the maxed out race/class altogether in 1 purchased pack

So, this is the why it is huh? If this was something only a specific class could do or worked in reverese everyone would be all over it. Everyone would call for the game to be balanced. But, because its a glitch that works to everyones advantage were just going to pretend its a matter of personal choice huh? All that matters is getting all the weapons huh. Imagine if Bioware had only made MP one enemy and one map because thats what this glitch has done. I wish someone would just have the balls to say I am lazy and want to feel cool by having all my weapons at level x so I want the major glitch to stay in the game. Thats why you don't want this changed. Have fun. I have noticed the "geth hunter grab glitch" happens more and more often so enjoy sitting there hoping to god the host leaves. He won't though because its actually worth his time to stay on just so he is not the only one who does not get any credits. Just happend.


Also, be aware that if they do make a balance change. The players who actually enjoy playing the game as opposed to cheesing it will be owning everyone. Its just so absurd. No one is trying to take away your ability to play FBW Geth. Just trying to balance a serious issue in that level that makes their AI unable to flank. Again, in any other situation it would be a no brainer to fix this issue. So, just so were being clear here your not  arguing that you should be able to play the game anyway you want. Your arguing that you should be able to exploit a glitch if you want to. If you really loved MP you would see the game cannot and will not survive on one enemy and one map. Not for very much longer.

Didn't read all 21 pages, so don't get too pissed if someone already said this, but you know what's even more annoying than this?  Setting up a random/random Gold match, filling up the lobby, everyone readies, game starts. . . and it's Firebase White/Geth.  Gah!

I am arguing that it should be encouraged to play however you want to play.

I'm also not sure why you keep calling it a glitch. I don't think that word means what you think it means.

It also has no effect on you if you don't want it to have an effect on you and play things that aren't FBW/G/G.

I see a lot of people citing the reason behind the store is to increase the longevity of multiplayer. It seems to me that if multiplayer were as fun as everyone says it is this is irrelevant because people would keep playing even after unlocking everything. Saying that he store has such a strong effect on the longevity of MP equates (to me) to saying that its really just not that fun so well keep as many of you here as we can with that store system. In my personal experience this is true. I pose this question to those calling for balance. If the biggest contributing factor to the longevity of this MP is the rng do you actually want to even play with those people? Fix fbw/g/g and thats what youll get a load of people for whom most of the fun has already died out and are just going through the motions to get their unlocks. Is playing with them really the answer youre looking for in a game that seemingly doesnt even trust its own gameplay to keep people playing?

I agree with silver being the most fun and gold being stricly farmed most of the time from what i see online too. I think the host should have more hosting options like maybe adding more bots cuz sometimes bronze or silver can go pretty fast and be real short maybe a option to add more enemies would be nice like a bot count or something to that affect  would help. Im sure theres other hosting options that could help improve all maps online no matter bronze silver or gold.

Its not that hard to find (or create!) Gold random/randoms. THIS is where the fun is if you have competent teammates and are sufficiently skilled. GGFW is fine for those that choose to do it. I fear that you will burn out as a result, however.

If you're only playing a game to acquire a virtual reward, you're doing it wrong. Gaming is meant to be fun. If you're not having fun go play something else. If your end up resorting to this in every game you play, find a new hobby.

Thats just it mp isnt fun anymore. Stopped being fun awhile ago for me. What little fun i still get out of it is my unlocks and even that cant keep me grinding away. I play less and less. For the operation this weekend i got my gold extraction and gave up. No matter what difficulty enemy or map its become the same repetitive bore. No mics no real interaction. I mmay as well play sp for that :/

that's why many of us don't play publics, we play with friends, with people who do talk and we can have fun with.
I made a post 20 days ago called "tired of bad teams on gold & silver?", it gave us many many people to play with who are all tired of bad random matches, there's over 100 pc players on the thread (i'm not counting the xbox and ps3 people on there, there's too many), so many good, talkative players we've had to make a group to keep track of us all...

The farming is legit, it is a solution to a problem in biowares system. Deal with it people. you will allways have farmers in the game, untill the gimped store unlock system gets fixed.

Its not just FBW hell you can do this in any given map, each map has its own "sweet spot" you just have been too lazy to find it. FBWG/G isnt even the easiest to farm, easiest to farm Glacier with cerberus, or hydra with cerberus/geth. Are you even aware what allows these things to succeed? Its simple. PEOPLE WANT THEIR DAMN UNLOCKS.  I wasnt farming till i hit around 1400 N7, i was happy doing random random bronze/silver/gold, as i enjoyed it. but here is the thing, i never got to use the builds i truly wanted to use and i knew i would enjoy. more specificly, builds that use scorpion or blackwidow or talon. Gues what, played a game with 2 n7<100 who had scorpion and blackwidow on them, gues how much that pissed off someone like me, and made me realize, just how idiotic the unlock system is. Hence, i am now a regular farmer, 2-3 hours in day farming, 1-2 hours of random random.

And getting all the weapons matters, when they are weapons you know you will enjoy using more than any other weapons, making your MP experience immensely more fun.

Am still having a lot of fun with randoms but the fun is always best with friends as it is with a lot of games, whether it's just to blow off steam or have a laugh. Randoms, if the team sucks am not going to use my consumables and if they want to scrub all over the map for kills, I'll happily take it easy with my adept and just stasis bubble for them, less work for me, I still get the same XP and creds they do and it's a good way to pass the time till friends turn up or test new weapons, builds etc etc.

Fine. Its perfect. . One map and one enemy. With an enemy that just sits there and lets you grab it. Thats what is best for the MP.



I don't give a damn about being superior to other players. Check my N7 if you don't think I am telling the truth. All I want is to be able to log on and find a game that isnt FBW Geth without having to wait a half an hour. Ill turn it back on you. Its a MP game for christ sake. Why not have fun? Instead of taking the easiest possible way to earn credits, thats all this is. At least 90210 had the balls to admit it. If you think I am going to believe you only play one map and one enemy because thats what you enjoy your full of it.


If anyone wants to try and move on from cheesing but is worried they won't be able to make it, I will help you. Any map and any foe can be taken down with the right team set up. Rasputin177. Again, I don't want to take away FBW Geth. Just make a change to their AI, so they are not sitting ducks. If every other map is so easy as everyone says why does everyone stay on FBW Geth? None of it adds up.

Again, would just like to point out you don't have any arguments to back your position. Or counter points to my argument. You just copy and paste some cliche. You copy what you see others on the forum do, lack the ability to engage in an actual debate and have the nerve to call me stupid.
