Favorite always is and always will be my favorite Quarian Tali'Zoarh followed by Garrus and Wrex.

Least for squaddies has to be all the humans minus Kasumi and Miranda possibly Zaeed. There rest are really forgettable and bland especially Jacob. When I saw him in ME3 I was like I know you from somewhere but where.

As for no squaddies

Favorite has to be Anderson

Least the Starchild as he is only there to pay off the nightmares Shepard having and nothing more.

Guys I LOVE Dalatrass Linron and Udina! Heroes of the Galaxy! I also love The Council, mainly from ME1.

I'm not sure I can pick a favorite, there are too many great ones. Anderson, Garrus, Liara, Jack, Joker, Wrex, Grunt, Mordin, Hackett, Conrad (Yes, I like Conrad:P) and of course, FemShep.

Least favorite I would have to split into two catagories. The ones I don't like, and the ones I love to hate.

The ones I love to hate - Udina, TIM

The ones I just plain don't like - Turian councilor, Jacob, catalyst
