My favorite build over the weekend for Operation Carry was the Justicar + Falcon X. I never really gave the falcon a chance before, but i'm glad I did now.

The combo of staggering phantoms, my defensive biotic bubble, and area reave made for lots of noob-carrying awesomeness. I'm anxious to try the falcon on other support builds as well. Cryo ammo for CC, disruptor and incendiary for tech bursts.

Plus a biotic tank (30% + 40% DP from reave and bubble) with a grenade launcher is badass.

The only thing I don't like about the falcon is that if you fire it too fast, your shot might be a dud. I've found that hosting isn't required really, just pause for a second before firing a follow-up. Even if it connects, you should let the enemy finish their stagger animation otherwise they will recover.

That and sometimes Phantoms would somehow manage to keep firing their palm-cannon WHILE staggered. Very annoying.

My GI Grenadier is 6/6/6/6/0. I use Tac Cloak and Bonus power as my "Shields", rather then actually putting points into them. I use only a Carnifex as my weapon to keep recharges fast.

The last time I used that weapon was for an endless stagger effect of Falcon and Concussive shot on a Turian, but the GG may now become my main build for this weapon. Though I may also try this on a turian to see if I can get a more survivable character.

I tried it out and had a lot of fun. Hunter mode does impair my targeting ability with the falcon though. Never had any problems with phantoms and could provide good protection to mates cornered by geth hunters. The stagger effect is a great help. I'm more happy about the proxymining.

Another great thing about the proxy mine is that the debuff efffect stacks, so if you have 4 people doing it you can debuff targets by 80% and then they just melt.

Not sure if your own debuff stacks so that you can get debuff by 40% on your own if you do it fast enough though.

This sounds awesome to try out! The Falcon gives me a lot of trouble with firing duds though. :/

You are a genius. I'm building this with my GI right now. I only have Carni II and Falcon IV, but it dominates. At lvl 16 right now, and I'm nearly doubling the 2nd place score while still being able to cap objectives.

I Have been rocking a variant of this build lately and I'm having a "blast" altho I only have a Falcon V ... may i suggest adding a scorpion to your load out for some bonus fun ( have to do quick cloak and fire tho or the extra cooldown will annoy you)

about the scorpion it's really fun if you have a teammate with a decoy (cloak walk into the mob proxy and fire 4 shots at the ground recloak) count to 2 annd ..  KABOOM

I put this in your other thread, but...

I'd like to make a plug for using the Talon as a secondary weapon. I used it with the scope and AP mods, and it hits like a beast. On silver with a level 1 talon, I was 1 shotting cerberus troopers and guardians with it, and one clip to the window of an Atlas took out about 2/3 of its armor. The small clip works pretty well with the cloak/mine cooldown as well.
