[Endgame13]

 I'm almost nearing endgame on my 2nd playthrough and I have a quick question about the landsmeet. After I gather the treaties and talk to Arl Eamon and we head to his estate in Denerim am I allowed to leave the city? There are still some side-quests I'd like to do outside the city. Thanks.

Yea you can, Its only after you finish the landsmeet that some things change in-game.
