I trust in Bioware's Honesty,Integrity and Mastery in the Art of Game Design. They, above Bethesda are the leading Rpg gaming company to date and would never let the loyal core of their Fan base down.Bioware is a company made by the Fans, for the fans.

Then hooray! Mass effect 3 is awesome again, including the very end. I'd be excited for me4 even more.

IMO,I don't want ME to have the forth sequal because if so,what I have achieved may be ruined or the game became those sequals that nobody want(like IJ4,PoC4).If there will be a ME game without a number,it may be better.

They're probably going to call it something like, "Mass Effect: Galactic Alliance"

Probably a MMO but I really have a bad feeling about it.

You can't expand upon a pile of garbage without making that pile of garbage larger.

So you plan on expanding your post? Oh wait, like you stated, it would essentially be the same.

You actually bothered making a post for the sole purpose of talking down to me? Even pettier than I thought.

What sort of response did you expect to a post like yours?

I sort of expected at least 1 person to understand what I was talking about.

This was literally the first time where no one got the joke.

First and Second.

You might want to try practicing  your erm.. jokes on an audience that extends beyond your mirror and your space hamster.

Just as soon you feel that it's no longer necessary to continue to reply to someone for the sole purpose of inflating your artificial ego and stroking your e-peen.

Does it make you feel superior to me somehow? Are you trying to impress someone?

The fact that this exchange has gone on for more then 5 posts without ever reaching the point of why the comment was made in the first place speaks volumes...

Lol metaphor comprehension fail. Ventus' garbage pile is in reference to the ending, not the entire game. How about you stop jumping down anyone;s throat who is simply stating an opinion that differs from yours.

That being said, I disagree Ventus. The term "expand/explain" can mean a LOT of things. Still skeptical.

Oh no, I understood that completely... I'm not sure where I stated otherwise. And how dare anyone disagree with me? I mean really, the nerve.

Cadence, Ventus.... can we at least ease off with the nested quotes? This is getting a bit ugly.

I relent.

Anyway, Indoctrination theory, or something else - I'm fairly certain that extra content will be more informative, if nothing else.

I don't particularly like or hate the ending, but I'm willing to at least give it a chance - seeing as how it will be free.

I am earnestly holding out hope the EC will be "awesome."   It seems like a very tall order to me.  As Miranda says to Shep in ME2, "We're all hoping you can do the impossible [Bioware].  No pressure!"

Bioware has done some truly amazing things throughout the series (A LOT of truly awesome, groundbreaking stuff!), so they ARE capable of working wonders in this very demanding field - their excellence has set the standard and raised the bar countless times.

If they can pull a gigantic rabbit out of their hat come summer, I will be estatic!   As a devoted ME fan from the first, I'll be "bouncing" - (avoiding spoilers) invoking a term Joker used in ME3 to describe my favorite character's initital happiness when a new permanent crewmember was brought aboard the Normandy in ME3.  Yes, I'll be bouncing to no end.

Will it bring me back to Bioware?  Possibly.  But there is one other MAJOR issue still on the table for me.  Single player being tied to multiplayer in a way not specified pre-release.  At the time of this writing, this has not been formally addressed (acknowledged) by Bioware, much less resolved.

The ME3 folks at Bioware have got a lot of fixing to do right now, so perhaps the SP issue is on their "to-do" list. I'm patiently waiting, fervently hoping they will attend to this as soon as they can.  If SP is not brought into line as was promised before its release (not tied to multiplayer in any way), I'm done.  Simple as that.

I'll still play ME3, with its new awesome ending...but...

No matter how awesome the EC might be (a creativity and trust issue), the boundless betrayal I will feel if the SP issue is not ultimately resolved (a trust issue without question), I cannot bring myself to believe in Bioware again.

A closing  note:  I don't care how long it takes to get it right - please take all the time you need, Bioware. Please don't rush the EC - even if it means delaying (but not forgetting) other issues until after the EC is attended to in FULL measure.

(Edit - added lines to form paragraphs - formatting on this board is a nightmare.)

I don't see how the EC could save the ending as long as it's just adding and not changing. But if it miraculously does... consider me seduced, sweet talker =) Free DLC that fixes a terrible ending? It doesn't get more awesome than that, it simply doesn't. Talk about listening to feedback and taking care of their fanbase =)

If it's awesome, then it would at least fix one of the many problems ME3 has.

It's "getting a bit ugly" between them even without the nested quotes ;)

You mean if it changes or adds new endings, which the FAQ specifically mentions won't be the case (up to three times no less)? Sure, that would definitely rekindle Bioware's reputation.
