So recently I got an email that sated that all the lost items had been re-added to my inventory however this is NOt the case. I have quite to the contrary, recieved NONE of the items lost by the ME3 multiplayer bug to do with the relocking packs.
Who can I contact regarding this as EA forever just gives me the runaround and I'm trying to resolve this without having to resort to a charge back via the credit card company.
Never recieved lost items from spent BW points in ME3 MP
