Thank you again for the advice.
I am a bit worried about taking this action.
As I don't have a digital version of the game but rather the physical N7 Collector's edition.
I don't know if the DLC codes will be unusable if I delete the DLC, and then try to use the codes again on the PS Store.
As this could affect the N7 equipment for SP and the first DLC with the Prothean character for SP... 

I may just go back to the PC version for the time being.

Thank you again for the advice.

Not sure if you are still having problems or not, but anywho....If you ever need to delete the files and reinstall the game it's not an issue with the codes.  All have you have to do is go to the store and look at your list of Downloads.  They'll be there waiting for you, no codes needed.   Anything you buy/dl is there.  Even Demo's, the list can get quite long after years of using the store.

I tried This method and it works for now.
- Create another user with new psn id
- go into multiplayer using this new id (you will be asked to create new EA Origin id as well)
- Create new character. Buy a free starter pack as well.
- Logout and go back to your regular PSN id. Galaxy map should load now (at least for me)

I can buy the free victory pack without any problem. Logging out and logging back in, i still have items from my victory pack.

Thank you for letting me know about the Downloads list in the Store.
Yes I still have the problems with MP on the PS3.
Tried it out yesterday morning and when I left an MP group at the matchup screen (only engineer in a group of adepts and vanguards) I got stuck in the loading screen. 

I actually started playing more on the PC for now instead.

I'll look into deleting and reinstalling on the PS3 this weekend and hopefully it will work.

Hello there,

Just a quick update. I deleted the game, and all the DLC and patches.
Reinstalled the game, all the DLC and patches back.
Started it up and still have the same problem.

I can't see the Galaxy at War map, but the strange thing is that I can see the message scrolling across saying that my readiness had dropped from 100 to 99. I had just finished playing on PC before trying to fix the problem for my PS3 version...

I really don't understand what is going on with the PS3 version of the game.

@Tazzelrik. Sorry that didn't help. I wish I had some more advice for you. Game are so much trouble now. Sigh. It'd be nice if you could still buy a game and just play it. All these better graphics and more technically flawed games...I just don't know anymore. If the next gen follows the pattern the games really won't be playable. Here's hoping there's a patch to get you back in the game soon my fellow gamer.

As an old school gamer I know exactly what you mean.
My first game system way back in the day was a Colecovision (yeah that tells you how old I am... )

If This does ever get solved look for me on PSN.

Until then it will have to be PC for me to get my MP fix.

I had Atari, so I hear ya.  Games have come a long way since the start, but not all the changes were for the better.

Hello there,

Just to update the situation.
I logged on today and could see the Galaxy at War map again.
Also received the 2 commendation packs and now have an Eagle 2.
Everything looks to be working fine and hope to see some of you on for this weekend's operation.
