Hello everyone,
So a few days ago I bought my new Dragon Age: Origins PS3 game copy and I was very excited. But then while redeeming the codes sometihing really fu**ed up happened.
I've read a lot, and many people have been getting similar issues. However, mine seems a little different. You see, I actually did get to redeem and download the Dragon Armor by entering the code here on the website, and then logging in on my PSN account. I had no trouble there. The content was, free of charge, waiting for me to download it at the game menu, at the "Downloadable Content" section.
And then it happened. When I was redeeming the Stone Prisoner pack (directly through the game menu, and after the Armor Download was even completed), as soon as I entered the code and pressed 'ok' (or wathever), there was some loading, and then, when I thought the pack woubl be available... nothing happened. The download content page remained still, as if I had never entered the code.
So there I was like "oh, seems I just have to enter it again, no big deal", but turns out that the code, which is one-time usage only (of course), was actually 'used'. What I mean is, the EA server took it as if everything had gone swell, and when I enter the code again, now it says the code is invalid (which I'm guessing is beacause it thinks the code has already been used)!
Please! Someone help me! Or at least EA/BioWare/Dragon Age's technichal support e-mail! I have no clue of what I'm supposed to do now!
Thanks guys, I'll wait replies...

I have the same problem you did though my issue is with the dragon armor. I've emailed ea support as well as bioware support. The only reply I got was some premade letter that was of absoloutely no use.

Why does it take day to get an answer from probably the biggest game company out there? This is ridiculous it's now been 11 days and I have no resolution to what should be a simple problem.
This has got to be the absolute worst software support I have ever encountered except one... Microsoft. The support guys seem willing to help but maybe they are under stafffed and over worked.
I hate to complain but when you spend $60 for something that is incomplete most companies try to make it right. TODAY!!

Ditto the above! When can I get my 'paid' for stuff!!! Hell I could have got the standard version instead of the collectors edition for $15 less. Hell I don't really care about the cash but I have an objection to not getting what I paid for!
Where's the love EA/Bioware??!!??!?

I have the same problem, here it says i redeemed the codes, but in -game it's not even on the download list. It says there's nothing to download. This is not the first time EA is being selfish, money-loving bastards. Remember Battlefield Bad Company Stats Gone . They erased the weapons and ranks you unlocked during your game without any warning or what so ever. It LASTED FOR 10 DAYS! And when you e-mail them they won't even answer. At least a answer with :" We don't know what's the problem"- but they don't say even that!!! This is now, too much!!

Ive bought the game. Created an account here aswell as with EA itself, entered the codes and.... nothing. Nothing at all. I called up EA support, explained the problem and that i wasnt the only one with this issue seeing all the posts about it online. They gave me an email adrees and asked me to send my PsN account id, email adress and the codes. I did so... over a week ago. All i got was an automatic answer saying the mail that ive send would be adressed
Very dissapointed in Bioware now and to think i hated Blizzard for their crappy service.

Same Problem. Tried online here and in game (I think i did BDA online and the other two in game or some mix up of that) and nothing, My window is empty and im unable to download any of them. Ive also emailed them twice. Ones been waiting for nearly a week the other in about 2 days now.
Im actualy very annoyed at this, I would have just bought the standard edition and not given a crap if id known this was going to happen. So many poeple are having problems too it seems, Yet a freind of mine entered it and it worked no problems. It just seems to be some codes/games. Im truely confused as to whats going on.
Oh but the part thats really REALLY making me confused is that if Im logged on here and look at my redeemed game promotions section (Profile, My Redeemed Game Promotions on the side bar for those who havent used it) It says I have all three promotions redeemed (Shale, Colectors items BDA) Now despite this I have no ability to download them in the game nor ever have....What the hell is going on.

Same problem here - I entered the Blood Dragon Armor code in-game, no effect; second time I try, it's an invalid code. I entered the Fury of Shale code on the web page, no DLC. I enter it again, the system says it's been used.
And now I talk to the Felix guy about the Golems, I click the "Download content" option, and I get... "You must be connected to the PlayStation®Network and the Dragon Age servers to access online features of this title." However, my PS3 is connected to PSN, since I see it in other games, and it's connected to Dragon Age servers, since I'm seeing my character's life on these pages.
Also, just like above, Profile -> Your registered game promotions lists both Blood Dragon Armor and The Stone Prisoner. Still, no-show, in-game.
And I have no doubt if I contact them, I'll just get a useless form letter.
Great game, lousy support system.

Does EA not have any dignity. They should be ashamed of not helping out their customers. I've had the same problem with the DLC, I mailed them a dozen times and no answer. They make great games but they have the worst cumstomer support I have ever seen. Way to abuse a fan's loyalty with a huge issue like this and not even offering an explenation or apoligy. Just fix it, please!!!

Same issue. I've had to use support.ea.com/chat like 4 times now to get all my content fixed and the last two times both times EA support said I'd be able to access my Warden's Keep which is showing as available content in my social.bioware.com profile and It's the only thing I have no access to. PSN keeps trying to bill me the money. What a load of **** sorry. Of course missing from the list which I DO have access to is "The Stone Prisoner" aka Shale. EA / Bioware what gives?
I have access finally to everything in this list except Warden's Keep from in game.
Memory Band
Made by the Formari, these lyrium-infused rings are supposed to help apprentices retain their lessons. They work rather well--too well, perhaps, as less-capable students sometimes wear three or four per finger.
Dalish Promise Ring
Intended for a Dalish elf's betrothed, this enchanted silver band was blessed by the tribe's keeper to ensure a long, healthy life.
The Edge
Newly forged and sporting an edge sharp enough to cut through boot leather, this blade is the pinnacle of Fereldan crafting skill. Wait, there's more! It slices, it dices, and can make Orlesian potatoes. Yours for just one easy payment.
Warden's Keep
Two centuries ago, the Grey Wardens were expelled from Ferelden amidst a storm of blood and betrayal. Their fortress remains at remote Soldier's Peak, overgrown and reportedly haunted. Now comes a chance to unearth this lost chapter of Grey Warden history, to unravel the mystery behind its fall, and finally reclaim it for the order! To begin the journey to Soldier's Peak, return to your party camp from the world map and seek out a merchant named Levi Dryden. Includes: (1) A fun dungeon-delving adventure; (2) A set of ancient Grey Warden armor, complete with heraldry; (3) A chance to gain two of six mysterious new abilities. (4) A new base complete with merchants and a party chest to store your hard-earned loot.
Blood Dragon Armor
Commissioned by an infamous Nevarran dragon hunter, this armor was crafted in a time when dragons had almost been hunted to extinction. Infused with their blood, the armor gained notoriety after the hunter died at the hands of men rather than the dragons it was designed to protect him from. When all four pieces of Blood Dragon Plate are equipped, the character gains a bonus to defense and armor.

Same here, what the hell is this? this is plain theft! why don't we all take those EA and Bioware to court and get a good compensation for this felony... Maybe then they'll learn to answer and address their customers' complaints.

cuz thats just plain stupid.
Yes it is theft currently, they promised us these things and they arent there. but id find it hard to believe that they havent got the point about this problem so far. Im hoping they are working on a solution right now to everyone who is having this problem (might come with the new patch) or something like that past just giving out more of the codes since poeple can and will find ways to abuse that.
True their system is majorly flawed right now but id like to hope with a little time this can and will be fixed....Bioware please dont make me look like a fool

Correcting my last post : it doesn't seem to work when registering inside social website, however once back to game I can download the DLC.
Not the best implementation however it works .. hope for clearer instructions for next game EA.

Asian/Hong Kong Version of the game, entered codes all invalid and DLC not showing up in the list although connected to the Bioware Server. Did what was mentioned on the support website but still no difference DLC still refuses to show up.
I wish I bought a Aussie version for PS3 instead of purchasing from overseas, have written 4 support mails to EA/Bioware and still had no response.
Lousy shiesters fix my ****ing game so I can enjoy it the way its meant to be enjoyed I've paid for the Game and Wardern Keep and it don't ****ing work.

***UPDATE***
Ive contacted bioware aswell as EA about the problem (as ive posted before about) and after 6 days i get a standard reply about tuning my PC for playing the game on there!! :S
Normally i can be patient and decent. But after calling and mailing telling the exact problem as i have it and all others of you guys and i get a bloody mail about something not connected to the issue... well there is where i blow my restraints.
Ive paid for the game just like all you have and this is how they repay their customers? They better fix it or i wont buy any other title of them ever again. Perhaps i better contact a consumer organisation about this. Usually getting on tv with a lot of angry customers gets the job done.
