Redeem Codes - Need Help!

 Hello everyone,

 So a few days ago I bought my new Dragon Age: Origins PS3 game copy and I was very excited. But then while redeeming the codes sometihing really fu**ed up happened.
 I've read a lot, and many people have been getting similar issues. However, mine seems a little different. You see, I actually did get to redeem and download the Dragon Armor by entering the code here on the website, and then logging in on my PSN account. I had no trouble there. The content was, free of charge, waiting for me to download it at the game menu, at the "Downloadable Content" section.
 And then it happened. When I was redeeming the Stone Prisoner pack (directly through the game menu, and after the Armor Download was even completed), as soon as I entered the code and pressed 'ok' (or wathever), there was some loading, and then, when I thought the pack woubl be available... nothing happened. The download content page remained still, as if I had never entered the code.
 So there I was like "oh, seems I just have to enter it again, no big deal", but turns out that the code, which is one-time usage only (of course), was actually 'used'. What I mean is, the EA server took it as if everything had gone swell, and when I enter the code again, now it says the code is invalid (which I'm guessing is beacause it thinks the code has already been used)!
 Please! Someone help me! Or at least EA/BioWare/Dragon Age's technichal support e-mail! I have no clue of what I'm supposed to do now!

Our apologies for those affected by this. As Victor said, we are looking into this and have also contacted Sony to confirm they are not aware of any issues or changes that might affect this.

Please understand that we do monitor the forums as well as EA's support tickets and this is not a wide spread issue for PS3 users - so this is taking us a bit longer to track down, and we still need more information to determine a common set of factors for all those affected. Your help and clear/concise feedback is greatly appreciated so we can quickly resolve this for everyone.

One thing I will point out straight away as it appears to be a concern - if you've successfully redeemed a code (either though the 'Redeem EA Code' on the DLC screen off the main menu, or here on social) and the DLC shows up on your Registered Promotions page here on social then you have this DLC on your account. At this point, nothing will expire on you - and as soon as we can resolve this, the DLC will be there for you to download for free.

If you have the DLC listed here on social but are still having issues with getting the DLC to your PS3 - please let us know a bit more info to help us zero in on the issue...
- What region your PSN account is set to (what country) and region the game box is from (where did you buy it from) [thanks to those who already posted this]
- Are you able to see DLC at all in the Downloadable Content screen off the game's main menu
- Are you able to login to the Dragon Age Servers (you should see 'connecting' message on startup/main menu, and once complete there should not be an option on the main menu to press 'triangle' to Log in to servers)
- Do you get any kind of error messages as part of the logging in process to the DA servers
- Is the DLC listed on your Registered Promotions page here on social
- Are you connected online with your PS3 and playing DA with the same PSN account name listed in the Registered Promotions page here on social
- Have you ever been able to get DA DLC via a redeem code (has this only recently stopped working / disappeared)
- Have you been able to get DA DLC through purchasing from the in-game DLC screen off the main menu
- Have you been able to get DA DLC through a PSN store (out of game)
- What PS3 type/version are you using (e.g. slim, full size, and roughly how old/long you've had it)
- Are you on a primary/parent/child/limited online settings PSN account
