SOLUTION!!!!!!



If you have a HK version and an aussie PSN account.



1. Create a HK PSN account and switch to it.

2. Start the game in the HK PSN account

3. It'll ask you to log in, use the account details you used top redeem your codes.

4. Download the content. Quit the game

5. Switch back to the aussie PSN account.

6. Start the game and all content you downloaded should be available and able to be used with you current saved game.

I checked into your account and found that you have successfully redeem the code for 'Shale' and 'Blood Dragon Armor'. In order to fix the problem please remove data from Game Data Utility folder, perform system upgrade and normal connectivity troubleshooting.



Hopefully this should fix your problem. If you still have any further issues, please do let us know.

Same problemo. Shale worked fine, (Thank the farking greek gods) But I'm like . . . sharting bricks over the damn blood dragon armor. Signed on bioware here . . .redeemed code. (Yay) And then plow! I get blasted with a freight train of NOTHING. Must .. get .. .armor.

After an unbelievably long wait I finally got an answer from the dragonage bioware crew. The tips they gave me though, didn't help in any way. Really f***d up.

Looks like it's gonna take a long time before they come with any real solution to this big problem...

ok my friends, vnet's suggestion works with different combinations, i just got my free stuff after all this suffering: here's what needs to be done for PS3:

1- Create a PSN account (will also need a new user on your PS3) with US account (or other region according to the game version).

2- Login to the psn from the PS3 OS

3- Load the game

4- It will ask u to login to ea account

5- Login with the account that has the redeemed codes (make sure that account displays your dlc in its profile on bioware's site )

6- Voila, your dlcs are ready for grabs

7- after downloading all the free stuff, quit game

8- change ps3 user to yours

9- start game and enjoy ur prize



Note: that was my case, my game is US version and my account is UK based, others had different versions and different accounts but the idea is the same. Give it a shot

Vnet1's tip worked out just fine and solved all the problems.

So thanks alot vnet1. Still weird though that you should find

the answer on a forum and that EA doesn't just solve it's own

probs. No matter now, everybody enjoy the DLC!

vnet1`s tip didnt help me out at all... so what now? its ****ing retarded that you cant re-enter the redeemcode if something goes wrong. ea is the ones that need the blood dragon armor, cause im leaving norway to kick some ea ass!! this shouldn't be a problem

Well, I hate to add to the already huge pile of BS, but I also didnt get the infamous "Blood Dragon Armor"

It sounds like a treat, I hope EA provides a lost code Page where you can just generate a new one... Simple, yet soo impossible.

I opened a new PSN account and loaded the game and tried to log in with the EA account that has the redeemed codes but the games says I cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID.

Did I miss something?

I've got this same problem and thinking what the f*ck is wrong with me.

My game is from HK and my PSN is Australia.



My question is do I have to create a HK PSN MASTER account or can it be a SUB account? Or will both work?

i've tried to find the answer to this, but how do you tell which version of the game you've purchased. I'm in the US and it was bought from Wal-Mart, but is it possible the game is from Hong Kong. i didn't see a serial number, but i may not be looking in the right spot.

I accidentally spelled my email wrong and activated the code for the dragon armor do u think there is a way I can get the armor since the code is one time use only=( please heeeeeeeeeeeelp!

I was able to download the Fury of Shale with the code, but not the Blood Dragon Armor. As everyone else, I continue to get the "invalid code" message. I don't have any idea why the code for the Fury of Shale would work but not the code for the Dragon Blood Armor. Also, I have tried countless times to access the email address for EA and Bioware but with no success. Of course after reading through the forum here, it does not look as though it would do much good to email EA or Bioware anyway.

same problem here, i entered codes on this site, then connected to the dragon age servers in the main menu, clicked on the downloadable content tab and... nothing

I got all of my DLC except the Blood dragon armor, some reason it is not avalible in my PS3 game yet.
