same problem here just with the blood dragon armour

i was able to download the shale armour but i find it hard to download the blood dragon armour.



i'm planning to follow the instruction that vnet gave and the others but there's one thing that bothers me. what't the use of registering the game here in bioware site?

its says that i have to register the game. here's what is says:



"To register this game, please enter the UPC code as present on the outside of the box. It should look like 123456789012. (you do not need to include any dashes when entering the UPC)"



I think this refers to the barcode at the back of the case. tried to enter it but nothing happen.. im not sure if that's the right way to do it but i'll try the suggestion here first.

I am in the same boat as all of you. I have called EA 4 times waited everytime more than an hour, and only got through twice. I have a chain of 11 emails and a list of fixes that didn't work. I think they need to get on the ball or refund us some money for selling bupkiss games.

It makes me weep alittle inside. The same is true over in the UK. Oh big pile of steaming dung This is a kick in the teeth and no mistake. If I had just checked out the forums BEFORE following the INCLUDED instructions (which foolisly I believe would work - silly me!) I may actually have this blooming armour *sighs* Absolutely useless. This may well be my first post, but I think it will be my last too!

I have the same problem with The Stone Prisoner. I entered the code and nothing happened at all and when I talk to the guy who gives the quest he just sends me to the PSN page wanting me to buy it. I WANTZ MY FREE DLC!

same problem with the Stone Golem redeem codes.



I entered the code for the armor online here and that worked fine when i logged in again on my ps3.

But I entered the Golem code on my ps3 first, it says it's available online here but i can't download it on my PS3.

I bet they are just going to keep us waiting until the codes expire so they don't have to bother fixing the bug!

Same problem. I entered them first using my PS3 and not from the website. They show active on the webpage but there is nothing to download. I submitted a case to Customer Support and they told me to delete any saved game data which I did but it didn't fix anything.

I am also unable to register my game using the UPC code.  

This was a sealed brand new copy of the game from a local retailer.

I just bought the game and have BOTH issues with both DLC.

Shale chugged and churned on my PS3 and I got no message at all. So I never knew if it worked or not so I tried again and it says invalid code. No data on my game to download from the list in game.

Entered Dragon Armor code and I have some stupid DLC for mass effect on the screen but the option to download PS3 is blanked out, do I have to go online to their website on my PS3 and enter the code there? Trying to go the same way as Shale from in the game did not work. I also tried to log off and back on the EA server and nothign is popping up in my DLC list. I also have no option to  "log in" but I assume my PS3 auto logs based on my profile as I connect to the server as soon as the game starts.

I sent them an email as this is beyond stupid and the DLC expires April 30th.

Any ideas?

FOR PS3 USERS THAT HAVE THEIR CODES REDEEMED BUT CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE CONTENT FROM PSN:



i've got this mail from EA support and it works for me. I had to do this process both for the stone prisoner and the armour. hope it helps



<I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with Dragon Age: Origins. I have gone through your account and found that the items(Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor) are already entitled on your account. If the DLC's are still not available in-game, then I would like to suggest you to please remove data from Game Data Utility folder, perform firmware upgrade and normal connectivity troubleshooting.



You can do this by:



1. Navigating to the main menu on your PS 3.

2. Go over to the Games Menu.

3. Under the Games Menu, you should see a Game Data Utility.

4. Going into the utility, please find the information for Dragon Age: Origins and delete it.



Once this is complete, you should be able to login without any further issues.>



so erase the file, upgrade the game and start download one content. if the other download disappear (my case) just erase the file again and repeat!

I'm in the US and I just purchased the game and I can see that my codes have been redeemed for my account but when I go to downloadable content on the PS3 there's nothing to download and the psn store tells me I have to purchase it. Deleting the game data and reinstalling it didn't fix my issue.

I am in Canada as well and I got the same response as seperdospengo did from EA support though a little more in depth to delete everything. I deleted ALL game content including saves, as per message , lost 2-3 hours of game play and I still have nothing and I even tried the codes again just in case with no luck.

When I look at my redeemed codes on my account (this site) it says I have the codes right and they are enabled. Just cant download the DLC.. :/ any solution yet?

same issue for me, both codes entered on the bioware social site, but can't download in game on ps3. None of the suggestions on this forum has worked. Not sure what to do =(

Same problem here... I called tech support and they gave me other extra DLC to include: Blood Dragon Armor Dragon Age: Origins PS3 ---

The Wicked Oath Dragon Age: Origins PS3 ---

Memory Band Dragon Age: Origins PS3 ---

The Edge Dragon Age: Origins PS3 ---

Guildmaster's Belt Dragon Age: Origins PS3 ---

Feral Wolf Charm Dragon Age: Origins PS3 ---

None of which show up in my DLC for download... I'm in the US and my PSN account is US. How do i look up where my game is from? I only see where it says on the back "Disc Made in the U.S.A. Printed and assembled in the U.S.A"

Our apologies for those affected by this. As Victor said, we are looking into this and have also contacted Sony to confirm they are not aware of any issues or changes that might affect this.

Please understand that we do monitor the forums as well as EA's support tickets and this is not a wide spread issue for PS3 users - so this is taking us a bit longer to track down, and we still need more information to determine a common set of factors for all those affected. Your help and clear/concise feedback is greatly appreciated so we can quickly resolve this for everyone.

One thing I will point out straight away as it appears to be a concern - if you've successfully redeemed a code (either though the 'Redeem EA Code' on the DLC screen off the main menu, or here on social) and the DLC shows up on your Registered Promotions page here on social then you have this DLC on your account. At this point, nothing will expire on you - and as soon as we can resolve this, the DLC will be there for you to download for free.

If you have the DLC listed here on social but are still having issues with getting the DLC to your PS3 - please let us know a bit more info to help us zero in on the issue...
- What region your PSN account is set to (what country) and region the game box is from (where did you buy it from) [thanks to those who already posted this]
- Are you able to see DLC at all in the Downloadable Content screen off the game's main menu
- Are you able to login to the Dragon Age Servers (you should see 'connecting' message on startup/main menu, and once complete there should not be an option on the main menu to press 'triangle' to Log in to servers)
- Do you get any kind of error messages as part of the logging in process to the DA servers
- Is the DLC listed on your Registered Promotions page here on social
- Are you connected online with your PS3 and playing DA with the same PSN account name listed in the Registered Promotions page here on social
- Have you ever been able to get DA DLC via a redeem code (has this only recently stopped working / disappeared)
- Have you been able to get DA DLC through purchasing from the in-game DLC screen off the main menu
- Have you been able to get DA DLC through a PSN store (out of game)
- What PS3 type/version are you using (e.g. slim, full size, and roughly how old/long you've had it)
- Are you on a primary/parent/child/limited online settings PSN account

I'm having an issue with the DLC not downloading. I entered the redeem codes through the in game store and the redeemable DLC  vanished. The game is able to sync with the servers and all other premium DLC appears for purchase. I did not receive any kind of error message when I inputted the redeem codes. The code appeared as if it took and then the DLC in question disappeared from the screen. I have restarted the system multiple times and DLC is still gone.

I have a fat model PS3. The console and game are both from North America (U.S.) and the game was purchased from Amazon. I am the primary PSN account for the console. The console is connected to the internet.
