I have been in contact with EA customer support via e-mail and several "changes" have been done to my account but no progress has been made that I can see.

Edit: Further play of the game revealed lots of little gameplay quirks that I really disliked.  The breaking point came when my in-game travels were interrupted mid-stream by a merchant offering to sell me an in-game item (the control rod for Shale), which, to obtain, would require that I spend $14.99 (for something that I already supposedly own).  I found that not only to be in incredibly poor taste, but completely jarring, to the point that I stopped playing right then and there.  I deleted all my save games and the game itself is going back to GameStop for trade-in.  EA already had several marks against it due to prior history, but additionally, I'll more critically scrutinize any potential purchases I might make from BioWare as well.  All in all, this was a very disappointing experience.

Only difference is that I see the Shale DLC in PSN (It says I need to bought it) and in the game I don't see Shale or Blood Dragon Armor. Something odd, before I entered the Shale Promo Code, it was shown in the menu and after I entered it, it disapeared!

I chatted with someone from EA, who had me setup a bunch of port forwarding from here http://support.ea.co...p?p_faqid=11509, which didnt work. And so I am still stuck with no DLC. Any help or clarification on this would be much appreciated.

--no, after entering the promo code for The Stone Prisoner it left the DLC menu. Blood armor and other add-on DLC such as Lucky Stone, and Embri's Many Pockets where never on the DLC menu to start with. All other DLC content that has not been purchased still shows in DLC screen just not The Stone Prisoner DLC

After deleting the game data from PS3 and re-installing I got a message stating that the profile data has been corrupted and that the corrupted data will be overwritten. and that my settings where restored to default. After this game connected to DA servers. Game still auto logged in with my profile and the DLC was unchanged, no DLC shown as purchased or DL and the shale DLC was not present in DLC menu.

Deleted dame utility data, Deleted all saved game data for DA:O including settings/options save data. Re-Installed DA:O, Allowed updated to 1.01, no error, connected to DA servers, Auto Logged in to account. The Stone Prisoner is still not showing in the DLC menu.

WOW ! I thought I might have been the only one this happened to . I tried to get my stone prisoner first though . I put in the code and then nothing freaking happened!!! Then, went to the site and guess what??? Yep... Nothing again. I want my free content!!! I paid good money for this game. If this is how EA treats its customers, I don't think I will buy any moer of their games.

I entered my code in for the Blood Dragon Armor and did not get to Download it and it is now it is saying code has already been used. So what can i do to get the Blood Dragon Armor

Honestly. I can't believe that this is still ongoing. I'm also in the U.S. Bought the game at a local Best Buy store, my PS3 slim is connecting fine to the PS store. I get no errors in-game, I see DLC except for the Stone Prisoner but it is in the PS Store for $14.99.
I even wiped out my hard drive, did a restore-to-default and system restore, configured my PS3 Slim again and only installed DA:O with the update, went straight to the Playstation in-game DLC and still nothing is happening. I DO see that my Registered promotions for the stone prisoner and blood dragon armor as well as well as my game data and trophies earned so I know my PS3 is connecting just fine.

All in all, basically what almost everyone here has done.

- Are you able to see DLC at all in the Downloadable Content screen off the game's main menu Yes. I am able to see some but not all. They differ from the Playstation Store. The Stone Prisoner is not a choice in-game

I also have been in contact with EA customer support via e-mail and several "changes" have been done to my account but no progress has been made that I can see.

This really looks like we have to purchase something in the game in order to get the promos.

on social- Blood Dragon Armor- Yes.  Shale- No, but I just now put in the code through the game today as before I never saw the backside to see a second code.  I did also put in the code for Shale before I got my PSN account linked here so my account here does not show the code put in.  Then if I try to put in the code again it says its already been used.

 If you have the DLC listed here on social but are still having issues with getting the DLC to your PS3 - please let us know a bit more info to help us zero in on the issue...
