- Are you able to login to the Dragon Age Servers (you should see 'connecting' message on startup/main menu, and once complete there should not be an option on the main menu to press 'triangle' to Log in to servers) Yes
- Do you get any kind of error messages as part of the logging in process to the DA servers No
- Is the DLC listed on your Registered Promotions page here on social Yes
- Are you connected online with your PS3 and playing DA with the same PSN account name listed in the Registered Promotions page here on social Yes
- Have you ever been able to get DA DLC via a redeem code (has this only recently stopped working / disappeared) Never tried before

Nevermind, problem solved by purchasing the Feast Combo pack.  The Stone
Prisoner, Collector's Items, and Blood Dragon Plate all showed up as
purchased.

if they just give ps3 users (i believe its an isolated ps3 issue) the stupid feastday pack for free, this goes away....



unless thats not really fixing the problem... but id have to side with the public that has ACTUALLY responded with something more than "wait" or totally thrash your save games like many others have had happen..

I am having the same issue, but why can't the Bioware staffs, go buy a retail DAO, and try to enter the DLC codes themselves, does it work for them? Sounds to me they don't even bother do some hands-on test or debug but rather asking a list of questions....

Shouldn't they try to reproduce the problem what customer is facing first? Just looks to me that ALL Bioware Staffs with PS3 and DAO are able to access and play with the DLC? yes? no?

Just my 2 cents.

with getting the DLC to your PS3 - please let us know a bit more info to
help us zero in on the issue...

ok well i dont know what happen but i purchase DOA 1 week ago and install the 2 code inside was put but not working!!! ( stone prisoner and blood armor )



so i did read alot of post and many say by purchasing gift feast it will make it work



so i did purchase the gift feast 1.99$



now in my game DOA in the downlaoding content i see



- stone prisoner free

- wolf charm feral free

- blood armor free

- band memory free

- gift feast free

- awkening free

- return ostagar 4.99

- warden keep 6.99



dont know but to me that sweet deal or bug

no.............. is that a joke!?? now the thing going to be fix... what happen to all of us who had purchase undesirable content ( feastpack crap ) ar we going to get refund or at least credit for our next content purchase for DOA

Well, I got the game on June 6th and had the code for Shale and Blood Dragon Armor. The problem that I had is that the codes on it were expired, alothough I typed them in on the website and found that it did redeem them... how do you make it work now? Please Help me!!=
