Honestly ... Jack wins.
You can cheer for whoever you want, but Jack will destroy all the others as long as there aren't any unexpected happenings like temporary alliances or intervention from outside.

And if there's a large enough dose of cutscene magic.

Jack destroyed whole space-stations, took down 4 heavy mechs in a fight, escaped prison-facilities more than once and she is well trained in fights against other biotics... Miranda's skills aren't of any use in this fight and the others simply don't have the power to beat her.

Which is not a valid point to mention in the slightest, as out of the 4, Jack is the only one who actually fights something remotely intimidating, and only fights this way because it's in a cutscene. Never once do you see Samara wipe out a platoon of Collectors with a Warp field, or Liara doing the same on a platoon of the old Broker's mercs, or Miranda using Slam on an YMIR mech, or anything of the like.

"But she did this...!" holds little weight when she's the only one who's even depicted doing anything.

Tali runs in with her army of drones and a shotgun and uses damping on the suckers.

If its from a lore perspective Samara ,with Liara then Jack , Miranda last , as far as in game powers and abilities Liara , Miranda, Samara then Jack. . . .

Jack and Miranda have a pissing contest as usual, but Liara entreats them to put their heads together for something more constructive. Samara backs this up by standing ready to twist the arms on the squabblers like they're her daughters. All 4 enter, all 4 emerge with a begrudging cooperative plan.

That's... appropriately fitting.

Well, Samara will probably shoot herself because the code dictates you can't fight in the Thunderdome or something...

So that leaves Liara, Jack, and Miranda. And while Liara's got dem barriers, Jack would win.

If we're going by lore, I'd put even odds on Jack and Samara, with Liara at a distant third and Miranda a very very distant last. Jack seems to have more raw power than Samara, but she's not a very tactical or controlled fighter, just a ball of broadly-directed rage, and anyone with the right combination of skill and power would be able to use that against her. Also, she probably has a lot less practice fighting other biotics than Samara, who spent centuries hunting and Justicar-ing other powerful asari. As for the other two, Liara has a major resource advantage in a long-term, advance warning engagement, but this is an arena fight, not the Goddamn Batman and his Prep Time nonsense. Miranda is, like Liara, an intellectual and organizational type, an infiltration agent at best, not a trained warrior, and she doesn't even have Liara's raw power and Broker resources to fall back on. So neither of them are much of a consideration.

If we go by gameplay mechanics, it's Samara without question. ME2 assault rifle + ME2 Reave >>>>>> ME2 Warp and Overload >> ME3 Singularity and sidearms >>> Pull, Warp Ammo and ME2 shotguns.

why do people discount Jack? she has lived the life of a violent criminal.... she would do whatever it takes to win... she would cheat.... i would give her an edge over the others for dirty fighting
Miranda gets the edge for being the best strategist and more versatile when it comes to weapons
Samara gets an edge due to experience, and the fact aht she in some ways is versed in the ways of hunting down very dangerous fugitives
Liara has an information advantage and for her age is tremendously powerful....but she is much nicer than the others, relatively speaking, even though through the course of the games she has toughened up considerably

i would probably say that Jack would go after Miranda immediately to finish what she started, and they end up killing each other
which leaves Samara vs Liara, and i would probably give the edge to Liara because she would know Samara's weaknesses and would use her adherance to the Code against her

so Liara wins

Without an ally to draw fire, Liara would fall quickly due to her relatively small amount of health.
Miranda is all kinds of screwed because her presence makes other squadmates stronger. Image IPB
In the final fight between Samara and Jack, I'd bet on Samara since she has reave. With reave, Samara can drain Jack's barrier (and more importantly, stop it from regenerating) while buffing her own damage resistance, which gives Samara a huge advantage in one on one combat.

Jack probably wins. As incentive, slap a Cerberus badge on the other girls and it will be a short fight. Did you not witness her breakout from the prison ship Purgatory?

OK I go with Samara, I will explain why,

1.Samara's a Justicar a solo warrior who's face impossible odds and killed everyone in her way, she knows how to fight and survive on her own and not relay on anyone else but herself
2.She's got raw power and intelligence, I'm certain she's just as skilled without biotics, she could kick @ss in hand to hand combat, weapons of all sorts too
3.She likely sits back watches the others wear each other down then swoops in and cleans them all up.
5.The training alone to be come a Justicar has a high causality rate, Survival of the fittest.

Liara gets her butt kicked in mere seconds by both Miranda and Jack
Miranda takes Jack out, as Miranda is far more level headed and skilled

In the end Miranda gets killed by Samara.

I don't feel like Liara or Miranda would stand a chance against Samara or Jack.

The question would be: brutal insanity vs. tactics and training.
It's the age old question of Sith vs. Jedi. Renegade vs. Paragon. Vanilla or Chocolate!

My money would be on Jack.

[Edit:]

If I would have to make a guess from Squadi powers in the game, Liara would kick everyones butt. Instant Singularity and bubble. = win. ^.^

Sounds like a good fight, and maybe if all 4 were dropped in a jungle and had to hunt and find eachother before killing and the last one alive wins, then it could be interesting...

But in a straight-up cage match... Jack would destroy Samara and Miranda pretty quick and Liara would be on the ropes before long as well. Jack is like the Conan of biotics, she was literaly bred and raised to fight in those kind of death matches (remember Pragia?)

Samara's main advantage is cunning, stealth, seduction... all useless against the other 3 in this Thunderdome scenario.

Same for Miranda, her tactical/spy-type training would serve her well in the jungle/hunting scenario... wasted in thunderdome.

Liara would do equaly well in either place.... she just doesnt have the stamina to match Jack for long. This would be like Hector vs. Achilles.... good fight but ultimately the winner wasnt really in doubt.

Winner = Jack
