Jack is psychopat which commit a lot of crimes in her past so she is guilty.
Miranda was working for Cerberus, which is pro-human terrorist organization in eyes of every species, so she is guilty in some way she is even fine with experiments with Thorian, Husks and Rachni.
Samara is justicar which defend the code of asari and she is hunting all wicked souls, they are up there
Liara is asari ex-paleontologist and helping Sheppard since their first contact, i think she could cross the line just a little with work for Cerberus, but even that could be justified because she bring back someone enough important
So Samara has most experience and power from all 4 persons but she will help to another Asari because her code demmand it

Samara and Liara survive, let me explain

Yes, Samara would kill Jack for everything she has done... but she has stated that at one point in her life she was a stripper, and had probably killed people as well [it is more or less stated that prior to her life as a Justicar she wasn't the most just person out there], and Jack and Miranda both change their tunes both during the events of ME2 and after, leading into ME3, so Samara wouldn't be as willing to kill them.
Miranda works for Cerberus for her own reasons, which include the thought of protection for her and her sister, so Samara would most likely look over her work for them fairly quickly thanks to her own connection with her daughters.
Jack also presents a weird problem, because she is extremely paragon in ME3, and does anything to protect her students. By the time ME3 rolls around, all 3 are very paragon based individuals, and anything renegade they do is exactly what Samara WOULD do.
Liara, obviously, has never ACTUALLY done anything bad, so she is really the most just of the individuals.
They are all powerful in their own ways, but Samara is simply the strongest fighter in the group, as she has the most experience, and even the most experience fighting multiple biotics [being a justicar and whatnot]
Before people keep saying that she will kill anybody unjust, think about what she is saying, because past life does not matter to her, it is all about their current actions, and they are all just thanks to Shepard.
*edit* Samara was also a Merc herself, and is now extremely just, so killing Jack makes no sense unless you make the timing prior to ME2

I almost forgot about Liara....She is strong but she doesn't have the years that Samara does where most Asari go running around in Merc bands or stripping Liara devoted her self to the study of the Prothians.

Everyone holds the bubble up until the end. Non-loyal Jack and Samara handle the cutscene the exact same way as Miranda does, because she isn't a specialist. The only difference between Miranda and loyal Jack or Samra, is that Miranda doesn't to the pulse wave thing at the end. Otherwise, she holds up the bubble just fine.
Everyone seems to think that stronger biotics = win, without taking firearms and tech abilities (Who, out of the 4, only Miranda has) into account.
Bah.
I've just had a grudge against Miranda since she was responsible for Garrus' death on my first ME2 playthrough.
I love the Miranda fans coming out to support. I want to say Miranda, cuz she's got skill, biotics, tech and smarts. But Samara is almost a 1000 years old? RUTHLESS justicar.....It would definitely come down to Samara and Miranda and I don't see Miranda winning that fight.
Well are we keeping Omni-tools in the game as well? If all 4 have those, don't count out Miranda. She's crazy smart, nearly as cool as Samara and (gameplay wise) has skills suited for extra health or weapon damage. Basically, her skills help her stay alive or hurt more depending on the situation.....I still take Samara over all of them. She's seen too much....Walsh1980 wrote...
If it's really like Thunderdome, no weapons except chainsaws and stuff that they have to get from the walls while tethered, I don't think Liara or Miranda would stand much of a chance, and it would come down to Jack's viciousness and Samara's controlled nature. Probably would be a toss up but given the cutscenes, I'm giving it to Jack.
