Well it looks like the guy whom orchestrated the costume had access to the good stuff in terms of providing a picture of this quality, it does say something about Make-Up and FX director in the photographer's bi-line.

I imagine the scull part is a rubber mold that fits over the woman's head --- the detail it took to get the right color is very well done. I see someone has a pretty good studio at hand! --- it can be done.

It looks AMAZING....so AMAZING that it looks shopped to me. I wasn't trolling. You posted a picture....I looked at it....I have my feedback. You didn't say I had to do research on other outfits to realize that this is how cosplay looks.

Not on the makeup, though, that's very well done, but the girl is certainly attractive too.

I kept looking to see if I could see where the tentacle part of the head connected to the forehead, but it looked like a seamless transition.
