B/C. One bad ending isn't a dealbreaker by any standard. What DOES sting is the poor handling of the criticism, down to an extremely childish and petulant "ending" tacked onto the EC.

It's a C at most unless the DLCs are so spectacular they could be games all on their own.

I'm done expecting greatness from them tho.

BioWare during the original ending was like a bad break up. EC has gotten us on speaking terms again, but we are just going to be friends, because people don't forget.

I've played every Bioware game and thus far one has failed to meet my expectations. I was disappointed with the ending and the direction Bioware took the reapers in ME3, but I still feel it was money well spent. This is not enough to dissuade me from pre-ordering any future Bioware game.

until now, i bought every game they made blindly, i was used to a high writing quality.

i was very disapointed with DA2.

i was mad with ME3 ending.

i still am. I'm not one of the easily satisfied with the slideshows.

The EC was a much more optimistic outlook, at least with my case in the destroy ending. But Bioware couldnt resist trolling us again

Entire crew standing around the memorial, Tali standing in the center with Shepard's name for the wall, walks up to it slowly. And then camera snaps to Shepard Lives sequence.

I had accidentally triggered the 4th ending when i was messing around the first time, and was forced to reload and replay like 30 mins of crap

False Advertising. They added a Fourth, which seems to me like a spit in the face to everyone who was going on about the Indoc Theory thing *I wasn't,*

BioWare made a mistake and they laid to us about how many endings there were and that our choices matter. Even with the EC this things don't change completely and the thing that bothers me the most is that they are not willing to confess their mistake about it all.
As for artistic integrity - now I'm sure there is none. The endings are not only extended explaining the old ones but they are also changed which clearly speaks that they are at some point accepting there was something wrong but are not vocalizing it. I don't expect them to be honest with all the fans what actually happened but a simple sorry would not have hurt.
I'm thankful for the EC endings at some point even if they are not perfect and there are still plot holes. At least now they make more sense but the bitter feeling is still there. The old endings should have never seen the light of day.
I don't mind paying BioWare for more content and new games. I know I will at some point. But it's more probable that I'll wait for 2 weeks after the release of the game so I can have it discounted at half price.

the fact that they allowed such a great series to fall to such **** levels in its final chapter, agree to fix it and instead just make a further mess.

clearly they no longer care about the proper RPG fans whose money made their company what it is

They proved to us that they do care ... They did the best they could in the time they had, and it turned out great imo.
I think that I'll see the future games they plan on releasing. At the end of the day, it could go a variety of ways... I'll be cautiously optimistic for sure.
