Truth be told, Mass Effect was my first ever Bioware game. Bought ME2 and 3 because I liked the franchise, rather than the developer. So I suppose I'm at B, and will stay at B regardless.
This, I guess.

I don't give a monkeys about Biowares previous reputation, I'm a customer, not a fan. For me it is a case of they make a product - if that product has faults then I don't care how good their legacy is - the faults need to be fixed. It all comes down to how the respond in the here and now.

Honestly, Bioware is making Treyarch/Infinityward/Sledgehammer Games look better.

"B" or "C" on any title without strong EA influence, depends what kind of game it would be.
Otherwise I go down to D.

C. I still have a deep liking of Bioware, but I now know not to touch anything that Hudson and Walters have worked on. The Dragon Age team is still stellar.
I loved Dragon Age 2 despite a poor reviews of fans, but I blame EA now for everything what happened to ME3, so I won't buy Dragon Age sequel if there will be EA logo on it.

DLC for ME3 is really more of the question for me because (as far as I know?) DLC can't be bought used. It's still up in the air, part of me says I shouldn't give them a dime if this is the quality of product I should expect, and part of me says I've already spent 80 bucks on the game it's a sunk cost so if I'm not going to trade it in (which despite my posturing I just can't bring myself to do yet) I might as well spend 10-15 bucks if the DLC adds substantial play time and replay ability.
So basically full games/new IPS it would take A LOT for me to trust them again enough to actually pay anywhere near full price for them. ME3 DLC depends entirely on the quality. If it's up to the standard of ME2's DLC i'll buy it. If it seems like a cash grab rush job then they can miss me. Though unfortunately it's hard to gauge standard without playing it

I'll be at a B if they fix the ending but still have the StarChild.
I'm currently on a C.
If they make the EC and **** it up more, I'm never buying a BioWare game again. Like, if they EXPANDED the role of the Starbrat? My god, what a horror that would be.

E. Never buying anything related with Bioware, unless they create a sequel to Jade Empire, then I'll move to choice B.

Yeah I have to be honest, it would take the hand of God to keep me from buying a Jade Empire sequel. At worst if it got trashed in reviews I might wait to buy it used.

Im a D at the moment. Why should I invest my money and time into Bioware's IP when they clearly dont give a crap how they end their own flagship property.

Well you can feel emotion all you want, but I'm not going to take anyone seriously who gets insulted and feels betrayed from the ending of a story, and then won't shut up about it. Frankly, it's embarrassing.

Well, if a 5 star resturant that you have been a loyal customer for many years serves you a turd on a plate instead of your usual filet mignon, you wouldn't feel insulted or betrayed?Klijpope wrote...
