 i got royaly screwed on the store for muilti payer items after i downloaded the resurgance pack (thanks by thay way awsome new guy to kill with) I bought a resurgance pack with MS points and it gave me an error not realizing it charged me and that it would not work unless i used creds i tryed two more times an thought ok well maybe its the resurge pack and its glitched to test my theory i bought 2 spector packs and a vetern pack like a retard and now im out nearly 1200 ms points at the very least can i get the packs on my account the creds back would be nice but since I cant buy the resurger packs ill take them as well its not realy a big issue but i am out almost 20bucks 

P.S as always 
1. i dont care about spelling or grammar so dont bother wasting your time complaining 
2. im sorry if there is already 1 2 or 7 other topics like this out there again dont care

I had a similar problem, try deleting your Xbox marketplace data and in the me3 section delete the spectre/veteran or what ever pack files you see, then clear the Xbox cache and restart. I'm not sure what worked for me but I did all that and things are all good now. Good luck.

P.S Please feel free not to respond to this it be great if I could have atleast one intelligent argument with someone but thats obviously not you so next rager in line please step u and present your argument as to why you feel a simple question and request for help is your reason for shooting your mouth off.
